actually u can summon 7 now, but u can't find 7 monsters in the first draw nor 5, and obviously even if you find them, u can only summon on monster per turn, so...

usually the meta decks summon 8-11 times per turn. they only summon 4 if they play around nib. but even summoning 11 won't guarantee a win.
