Matchmaking Is Unfair! [Dark System]

Dear MLBB Support Team,

I've been trying to rank up since this morning, but I haven’t won a single match. You claim that matchmaking is based on win rate, but how can I maintain a good win rate when the system is clearly unfair?

My highest star points today were 49, yet I keep getting matched with "dark system" players on my team. If such players are part of the system, at least make it balanced by placing them on both sides. It's not fair to burden one team repeatedly.

I've been playing MLBB since 2017, but since 2023, I've been facing the darkest side of this system. It honestly feels like MLBB is starting to favor only rich players. I’ve seen people with low skill but high win rates and win streaks just because they spend money. Meanwhile, genuine players like us suffer.

I'm addicted to this game, and even when I lose, I keep playing because I love it. But this unfair matchmaking is exhausting. If this continues, I might have no choice but to quit. It's sad to see such a great game heading towards decline just because of an unbalanced system.

Please make matchmaking fair. Balance the teams properly and don't let money decide victory. If nothing changes, many dedicated players might start leaving, and MLBB might end up like Dota — a game with potential but abandoned by its loyal base.
