Moreover, this game has been popping up in different stores under different names for several years, exists for several months and disappears along with the accounts of people who made in-game purchases, then appears in a new place to pull off the same scheme. This is not only plagiarism but also fraud. The app clearly violates the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA)
