Its released back in 2011 and WILL work on Potatoes (Except some major conversion mods, they will reduce the FPS) Is literally the best RTS game to exist on mobile phone next to Mindustry.
There is literally nothing else to ask for, every RTS mechanics are here and I don't think I have to name all the positive thing included because there are simply too much to say.
Only thing lacking were updates frequency. In fact, the game gets updated like every 2-5 years even. Since it supports modding, the dev (No "S" because it's developed by one guy) keeps adding more modding options and code lines to the game every update. I can understand the time needed.
