I played the chinese took some time to login but when I did it was just beautifully the gameplay, music was damn good the was not that engaging because I couldn't understand more than half of it. And yes if you have a low end device it won't be that bad I played it on default graphics (because I didn't understand the options. Just make sure if you play the game change the fps limit it is set to 30 default after that I got like 30-40 fps) and I have a tab with 4gb ram and hello g99 so yes it work on low-end device but remember it is large game like 20-30 gb so yeah deal with that or don't download the full map. Well I am waiting for this to come out on global.
