Highly customisable characters, but will still end up looking all the same.
No gender lock.
A lot of things to do.
Story is so loose that it makes no sense. Your role is the errand boy/girl of every NPC. As a player, you feel so detached.
Atrocious drop rate.
Plagued with so much p2w elements. In-game economy is broken and is suffering from ridiculous inflation.
Can be quite boring and routinely in late stages.
Community is/can be highly toxic.

To be fair, you can change class without paying premium currency. You can play all classes in fact. You simply need to finish the required quest line, meet the required level, and make a one-time payment for the class you want using gold coins (the currency you can freely earn in-game). But still a 2☆. The story and the community will give you PTSD. And while most see it simply as a game, it promotes a dangerous ideology of materialism, false and shallow idea of love, and false concept of what a healthy self worth is.
