Ares Virus Review — 8/10
Ares Virus is a really gripping mobile survival game with a dark, post-apocalyptic story that pulls you right in from the start. The look is gritty and the gameplay feels smooth. Plus, you can play it offline, which makes it stand out from other mobile games. The combat, crafting, and exploring all feel good and like they mean something. You can tell the devs cared a lot making it.
But even with all that promise, it kinda sucks to see it left behind. The last big update was in 2022, and now it’s 2025 and fans still waiting for something new. It could’ve been a modern mobile classic but now it just feels like a beautiful game that never finished. The potential’s still there but without more updates, it’s stuck in limbo.
If only they kept going with it—Ares Virus could’ve been unforgettable.
