It's way better than the global version giving various new plants and mechanics with new worlds and a lot of nee content the majority of the game is f2p where you don't even have to watch ads to get a good plant with a simple gacha systeme and rewards at every corner.
The only issue is that you need a chinese id and in newer phones the game detects somehow that you have a fake id but for older phones any chinese fake id will work
