I'm completely unsure what causes my account to be banned as I've never violate the term of services like cheating, verbal abuse, selling of accounts, usage of external apps that modifies the game files or services, and lastly CP frauds.
I still have absolutely no idea what triggers my account to be banned and I know that I'm wrongly accused. Please help me recover my banned account . I really love this game.
