During battle, have you ever wanted to let your teammates know the location of really good weapons or an enemy you ran into?

Have no fear! Your resident battle royale prodigy Ayaka is here! In this episode, we will be looking into our marking system.

Let’s start with the basics of marking on the minimap. When you’re up in the air during the preparation phase, you can open up the minimap on the top right corner to tap on a location and mark the spot you want to land on.

In Solo Mode, the mark is yellow. When you’re in Duo Mode or Quad Mode, the mark will match your team’s color instead.Your marked location (shown above) appears as a yellow beam of light.

Trivia: Airdrops are marked with a purplish red color and Excalibur is marked with a golden beam.

Additionally, you can also set marks while moving by aligning the crosshair to the target in your field of view, then marking. The button is shaped like an inverted droplet. A yellow beam will then appear on the battlefield and the minimap. The same method can be used to mark supplies of any kind.

You can also mark an enemy you discover to alert your teammates. Simply double tap the mark button and a red exclamation mark will appear where the enemy is. I highly suggest you use this function regularly in a team battle!
