Death Stranding is still better on PlayStation, but the iOS version isn’t a total loss

When I first heard that legendary game developer Hideo Kojima was creating a postapocalyptic open-world game starring The Walking Dead’s Norman Reedus, I was through the roof with excitement. And yet, when that game finally launched in 2019, with a pandemic looming right around the corner, it somehow slipped my radar. Who could’ve guessed that just over four years later, a full, triple-A console game like

Better than Starfield, Lethal Company has surpassed 120k simultaneous online players

The most worthwhile shooting game to play recently is not Call of Duty, but the comically horrifying game Lethal Company, which has broken through 120,000 simultaneous online players. This is a pixel-art-style indie game. The game's backstory is set in outer space, where you are an employee of an unscrupulous company, scavenging waste in a barren land, and doing the risky business of exchanging life for money. Humans are not the only creatures on this planet, nor are you the only scavenger on the wasteland. Therefore, how to "cooperatively" get along with these creatures and humans, survive, and make it home after work is the focal point of the game.

MONONEKO - A GOREY CUPHEAD STYLED RHYTHM GAME

A game about getting revenge on Yokai and cat murderers on numerous fronts. How much more challenging may this be in the future? That is the primary question here, given that it is barely functioning at times, crashing and failing to award you with gold coins which helps you improve your effects on each run. MonoNeko is both bright and full of dark depictions, with the premise of reviving killed cats and using them as a little army to defeat those who have done this evil act. Putting that notion aside, it was really rather enjoyable, even if it did seem like an very early access game with a lot of room for growth if they decide to actually work on it.

[Pocket Playfest!] RPGMaker Meets Resident Evil! Interesting Indie Horror! | Heaven Dust 2 Review!

For more information and to participate in the in-app event, gamers can download the TapTap app via the App Store, Play Store, or from the official website: Heaven’s Dust 2 is an isometric survival horror game that combines the puzzle-solving elements of Resident Evil with RPGMaker aesthetics. It certainly isn’t as scary as Resident Evil or Silent Hill but is much more approachable and digestible as a game.

Misguided | Android

This is the mobile remake of the iconic psychological horror game developed by Enigmatic Studio. This remastered version delivers a haunting narrative experience, improving graphics, audio, and fluidity compared to the original. It's essentially a first-person horror game with strong exploratory elements and environmental puzzles, designed to immerse us in a constantly tense and disturbing atmosphere. Everything revolves around a nameless protagonist who wakes up in a seemingly abandoned building, with no memory of how he got there. From the first minutes, a sense of disorientation sets in: silent corridors, flickering lights, and rooms that seem to change layout. Through scattered documents, audio recordings, and sudden visions, we discover that the place is linked to psychological experiments and traumatic events from the past. The protagonist seems to have a direct connection to what happened: fragments of memory gradually emerge, revealing a story of guilt, mental manipulation, and distorted reality. The narrative plays heavily on ambiguity: is what we see real or a figment of the protagonist's mind?  Sudden appearances and environmental changes help maintain the tension until the finale, where the pieces of the puzzle come together in a revelation as disturbing as it is surprising. The gameplay is structured primarily in first-person, with free exploration of the environments, collection of key objects, solving environmental puzzles, and scripted events and sudden moments of tension. There is no combat here. The setting is one of the game's strengths: claustrophobic corridors, dark rooms, realistic ambient sounds, and a key audio component. The remastered version improves textures, dynamic lighting, and stability on modern devices, making the experience more immersive. I recommend it to lovers of narrative psychological horror. It doesn't focus on excessive jump scares, but on a constant atmosphere of unease and mystery. The remaster enhances an already interesting project, making it more accessible and fluid on mobile. A short but intense experience, capable of leaving a lasting impression, especially for those who love ambiguous and profound stories.

Resident Evil 4 on iPhone is the worst way to play one of the best games of all time

Resident Evil 4 is a game I’d recommend to absolutely anyone. It’s a masterpiece of the survival horror genre, with smooth, satisfying combat and some fantastically spooky set pieces. The original was already a stone-cold classic, but the 2023 remake refined its graphics and gameplay mechanics, making the game feel better than ever. It’s something that everyone should play at least once, but if you have literally any other options, you probably shouldn’t play it on mobile.

SKALD (ATBP) - A FANTASTIC TAKE ON HORROR CRPG

Nothing beats sitting down to enjoy a classic CRPG narrative story and tactical gameplay, which Skald The Black Priory offers in abundance, beginning with an eldritch nightmare plot that ranks among the most best I've ever played. While the gameplay was fascinating and enjoyable, I couldn't help but wonder if there could have been more physical content once you crossed the Castle's boundary and into the more open and abandoned world as you made your way north.

Isometric Survival Indie Horror! Survive the Undead! | Heaven Dust 2 Quick Review!

Heaven’s Dust 2 is what happens when Resident Evil meets RPG Maker. Heaven’s Dust 2 is an isometric survival horror game with puzzle-solving elements that are a clear homage to the classic Resident Evil games. The premise is very similar too. The isometric camera angle helps illustrate and bring to life the environments you encounter but also deliver you important visual information at the same time. Because puzzle-solving is the primary way to progress in Heaven’s Dust 2, you will always be on the lookout for clues and objects of interest. But, at the same time, it can be annoying to deal with when trying to navigate the sprawling and convoluted map.

Lethal Company Where should I start ? I couldn't even say a bad thing about this game but I'll try ! 📖 Storyline: You wake up in a spaceship with almost no info about why you are here other than a notepad explaning you the basics of the game, you can find some notepad on the planets expanding the lore further but I'll let you discover it, in the company you are working for, you have to find scraps on all the planets to sell them, the problem is that there is a quota of money you have to do and the time is limited so you better hurry up and take all the scrap you can to sell, if you don't meet the quota, you'll be released in space and you'll have to start all over again and don't think it will be easy because the quota goes up everytime you meet the quota, of course you will meet different dangers while searching for scraps like giants spiders, giants and I'll let you discover the rest...

A free Silent Hill game that doesn't suck? Silent Hill: The Short Message is P.T. for a new era

SHOULD I PLAY SILENT HILL: THE SHORT MESSAGE? Definitely play it if you have a PlayStation 5 and are open to horror games that tackle darker subject matter. Silent Hill: The Short Message is a completely free title with no monetization whatsoever. While it tells a standalone story, there are also hints at what we might see in future Silent Hill games, like Silent Hill f and Townfall. After the disaster

PSYCHOPOMP GOLD — IT ISN'T A SEQUEL SADLY

If you love it, support it. I didn't like it very much cause I was expecting something that wasn't just a slightly remastered version of the original. I'll still support the dev, I still like what the original had to offer and the rest of the content that was added in is sure to appeal to the die hard fans, but this wasn't for me and I don't think it would be for most people, who want more than the free version offers.

Dead Effect 2 ( early access ) | Android 2026

Developed by BadFly Interactive, Dead Effect 2 arrived on Xbox One and PC in 2016, immediately establishing itself as one of the most ambitious sci-fi shooters on the indie scene. After the studio's demise around 2020, the game was subsequently acquired by App Holdings on the Google Play Store in 2026. 1) 📝 STORYLINE: The story of Dead Effect 2 takes place aboard the gigantic spaceship ESS Meridian, a scientific laboratory transformed into a futuristic hellscape. The protagonist awakens after a long hibernation to discover that the entire crew has been infected by biological mutations, cybernetic zombies, and genetically altered creatures. During the adventure, you are guided by various artificial intelligences and survivors, trying to uncover the cause of the disaster. The plot blends horror, science fiction, and illegal military experimentation, recalling atmospheres similar to Dead Space and DOOM.  As you progress, scientific conspiracies, human DNA experiments, and forbidden technologies emerge that have transformed the Meridian into a death trap. The campaign is surprisingly long for a mobile title, with main missions, side quests, and numerous voiced dialogues that make the experience more cinematic.

PAPER LILY CHAPTER 1 - YOU HAVE TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT!

Game: Paper Lily: Chapter 1 Platform: PC Genre: Free to Play, Psychological Horror, Adventure, 2D Overview I believe many are hesitant to try new games, particularly those that look and feel like games they have grown to dislike, such as most RPGmaker games, which are better described as games with little attention to detail or charm, using the same assets and boring generic characters regardless of the story behind them most of the time. I've seen several people say that this is an

Heaven Dust 2: Striking Similarity to the Original

In 2020, the video game "Heaven Dust" boldly posed the inquiry, "What would happen if "Resident Evil 1" were presented with a top-down camera perspective?" The resultant offering manifested as a proficient action-adventure, notably more accessible than its muse due to the perpetual visibility of zombies. Presently, the emergence of "Heaven Dust 2" initiates a subsequent query—"What if the "Heaven Dust" narrative unfolded within a more expansive mansion?" Consequently, this sequel lacks the endearing qualities found in its forerunner. "Heaven Dust 2" unfolds in the aftermath of its predecessor, with the protagonist, Steve, awakening from the cryo pod wherein he had been confined after an abduction by corporate operatives. He discovers himself within another mansion besieged by rampant zombies. Regrettably, those anticipating a setting akin to a city immersed in a zombocalypse reminiscent of "Resident Evil 2" will likely find themselves disillusioned by the sequel's thematic choice.
