Never thought I'll actually get to see enhanced graphics in subway surfers. I thought the game's almost dead ngl 💀😭 Subway Surfers City is definitely an upgrade from the OG subway surfers, and it's not like they've replaced the game, you have this along with the OG one. So the OG players are definitely not getting disappointed with this one. Nothing much to say, the games available on TapTap. SHOULD I PLAY WITCHSPRING R? WitchSpring R instantly reminded me of the Atelier series, so if you’re a fan of those games, you won’t want to miss this one. It’s an incredibly cute and charming RPG, but it’s not shallow either. There’s real depth to its gameplay and characters, and its story is much more interesting than it initially seems to be. It’s a great mix of a fantasy adventure and a slice-of-life story, and that combination is hard to resist.

DANMACHI BATTLE CHRONICLE, IS IT WORTH IT? Hey There! Well, I'm back at it again with a new mobile game, as today I'll be covering DanMachi BATTLE CHRONICLE. As a long-time follower of the show, I was a fair bit curious to see how the world was treated, and just how well they could translate it to a  stage-based Hack n' Slash. And as far as my first impressions go? It's not that bad, really.  For those familiar with the story, it runs players through summary-size versions of the various arcs, throwing players through various bite-sized battle stages, and interspersing them with enough story segments to tell the story. Obviously, the narrative does suffer a touch for this- but, given it's appealing to people already familiar with the show, I wasn't overly bothered. Frankly, I was here to beat up monsters- and on that front, the combat isn't too bad. Each of the various characters you unlock has a basic combo, as well as a pair of skills and an ultimate attack that charges as you whack monsters. What's more, you're able to bring up to 3 playable characters into each dungeon dive- so there's a neat bit of strategy involved with figuring out who you want to bring in based on their skills, elemental affinities - or, whoever you feel will prevail with the power of violence. Overall, it's decent enough- though, the way enemies' defence and offence scale if you're under-levelled, in tandem with the time limit on stages, does make things a bit aggravating at times. Also, PVP turns the game into an auto-battler, which is an admittedly weird design decision.

The Balseph fight in Tales of Arise is a strong early-game boss battle that sets the tone for the rest of the game. Balseph, the Lord of Calaglia, is a challenging opponent, especially since players are still getting used to the combat system. His fiery attacks and imposing presence make the fight feel intense. The battle requires strategic use of dodging, blocking, and the Boost Strikes mechanic to deal with his large health pool. For me, the fight is memorable because it’s the first major test of the party's abilities, forcing players to use all the tools at their disposal effectively. It also serves as a great introduction to the game’s themes of resistance and liberation. The satisfaction of taking down Balseph after the buildup of the oppressive environment of Calaglia is a rewarding experience. SHOULD I PLAY COROMON? Play it, especially if you like Pokémon. After playing the demo version last year, I couldn’t wait for Coromon to officially release around the world. I fell in love with the game when I first played it, and getting to relish the complete experience now has reminded me why this game rules. It’s sort of like Pokémon—which I also love very much—but with a few differences that make it feel unique.

SHOULD I PLAY MATCHMAKER AGENCY? Play it if you like management games with an emphasis on story. In Matchmaker Agency, you take over your grandparent’s matchmaking service. Helping people find true love isn’t always easy, but thankfully, you have a talking cat familiar to guide you through the process. The story is charming, and the mechanics are a fun twist on more traditional management games. There were times when I wish it gave me a little more to do, but overall, I really enjoyed the story and gameplay.
