The battle requires strategic use of dodging, blocking, and the Boost Strikes mechanic to deal with his large health pool. For me, the fight is memorable because it’s the first major test of the party's abilities, forcing players to use all the tools at their disposal effectively. It also serves as a great introduction to the game’s themes of resistance and liberation. The satisfaction of taking down Balseph after the buildup of the oppressive environment of Calaglia is a rewarding experience. Pocket City 2 is a solid citybuilder packed with interesting features. The basic gameplay loop is pretty standard—place roads, construct buildings, earn money for more buildings—but there are unique mechanics that take things in an exciting new direction. Whenever I needed a break from building, I could jump into my city, walk around, and explore. Not only was this a great way to see my city up close, but I actually made some pretty cool discoveries, like a hammer I could use to repair roads for free. There's even a photo mode, so I could snap pictures of all my favorite spots.
