Then Dark Souls made me want a Western fantasy setting! Chinese martial arts are awesome too! And shooting guns is a blast!! Since starting Claws of Power, everything suddenly became clear~ From primitive cats throwing rocks to fight... ...to Japanese ninjas and samurai... ...to medieval cold weapons... ...to Western fantasy... ...and even modern warfare!! We'll keep adding cats from all sorts of themes in the future—demon cats, mafia cats, alien cats... Basically, the motto is: I WANT THEM ALL!! Heyyyyy, I'm Garlic Sprout, a former game artist now going solo. Claws of Power is my take on a card RTS where you spend “dried fish” to summon an army of cats and claw your way to the enemy base. It looks cute, but don’t get fooled — underneath are real decisions: timing, cost management, counters, and combos. One wrong move and you’ll be the one scratching the wall. The current demo lets you dive into the main campaign. More modes, cats, and chaotic content are on the way. Warzone mobile just released and a lot of players are already fuming! Apparently the game runs and looks like crap, with many unrendered assets, bugs and glitches being present on High end and mid range phones/devices. Iphone users aren't safe either because A lot of IOS players in our discord were also NOT HAPPY. To sum it up, The game is not very well "Optimized" yet, with some high end device models not being unsupported graphically. The game states that the longer you play, the better the game'll feel, but a large majority of players disagree. The issue is now sparking a lot of memes all over the internet, with some frying an egg on top of their devices and others literally sharing a picture of their phone exploding.

The idea to bring warzone to mobile 10/10 The idea to use a console engine for development 3/10. This game is a wast of time! And I get they wanted to join the front of fames with cross-progressin/ and gameplay. The execution of it all is weak and honestly what do you expect from Activision? they constantly give us reason to not support them. They don't hear our cries for something fresh and compatible for all devices. Even with CoDM after a while the game starts to feel repetitive there's nothing that makes me feel like they're trying. I’ve been testing a new unit in Claws of Power – a magician gentleman cat with a hat, monocle and a stack of heart cards. He’s a ranged attacker: he throws a heart card to deal damage, and after every attack he does a small random teleport. Sometimes he blinks just out of danger and survives things he really shouldn’t. Sometimes he teleports straight into the enemy line and gets deleted on the spot. Right now I’m still tweaking his range, damage and teleport distance to make him feel “slippery but not stupid”. I’m the solo dev of a little cat lane-strategy game called Claws of Power, and I’ve just finished a new melee unit: Genji. He’s basically a hot-blooded delinquent kid turned cat – grass in his mouth, metal pipe in hand, big goofy hair, very “after-school rooftop fight” vibe. In battle he’s a bruiser: when his HP gets low he snaps into a “tough it out” state where his attack, attack speed and move speed all jump for a short time. If he survives and you heal him back up, the cooldown resets and he can do it again, so keeping him alive really pays off. You can pair him with a healer, or give him lifesteal gear and just let him brawl on the front line. These GIFs are from my latest test build.
