Heyyyyyy, guys. I’m working on my own tiny cat RTS called Claws of Power, and I just finished a new unit: the samurai cat Akagoro. Akagoro is a 7-dried-fish unit. Most of the time he just stands there in his straw hat looking lazy, but he’s meant to be the kind of character where you save up, drop him, and it feels really good. His first hit is special: he pauses for a brief charge, then suddenly flash-dashes forward and does a fast iai slash. That opening cut usually closes the gap and deletes one target in an instant. After that he goes into a more normal attack rhythm. The idea was to capture that “one clean killing stroke” samurai feeling. The first gif I recorded is a simple 1v1, the second one is Akagoro in an actual stage after you unlock him.

👍 Pros: Excellent graphics and the weapons are so realistic in visuals as well as the mechanics. 👎 Cons: The servers are not as fast, like you get 78ms or something while searching, and yes I checked my internet, it's very fast for other games, I'm on 5G. So if you can add a custom server choose, it might help people. 🎮 Gameplay: The choice of control given to user is excellent, you can customise almost every aspect of how you want the game to play.

I’m working on my own little cat lane-RTS called Claws of Power, and I just added three new items to play with: Midas Touch – when you tap this item, all enemies on the field get a golden mark. Any marked enemy that dies will drop double coins, so it’s basically a money-printing button if you time it well. Extra Fish – tapping this turns your current dried fish into 1.3× the amount. The longer you hold it, the more it gives, but there is a cap, so you can’t go completely infinite. Great for “save up then explode” plays. Clockwork Mouse – when used, a few wind-up mice run across the battlefield, pulling enemy aggro and dealing a bit of chip damage to the enemy base. Used at the right time it’s a nice little lifesaver. Still tweaking numbers and cooldowns, so if you have ideas for similar “weird but useful” items, I’d love to hear them. 🐾

Hi, I’m the solo dev of Claws of Power, a small card-based lane RTS about cats beating each other up with all kinds of crazy themes. This time I want to show Nuba, the man-eating ogre cat. You can see how he charges in as both tank and damage dealer: his normal swings have a chance to stun enemies, and when they’re low on HP he can do an “awoo” chomp to instantly eat them and heal himself. Heyyyyyy, guys. I want to share a small peek at a later-stage battle in Claws of Power First, a swarm of bats appears on the right side of the screen, circling and then fusing together into a huge vampire cat. After the merge, it lifts a paw and fires a big black energy orb down the lane – that’s when you know things are about to get messy. In combat, my Gatling muscle cat and the blue tiger cat push forward together, cleaning up enemy minions while trying to reach the vampire himself. The vampire doesn’t just stand still – it moves with its troops and occasionally calls down lightning to wipe the lane, so the whole fight feels very chaotic and tense. And last, I want to share  a combo I really like: a tiny knight cat jumping onto a big tanky cat, turning into a “face-riding” duo. The big cat soaks the damage in front, while the knight on top keeps poking away with his spear – it looks silly, but it’s very satisfying to watch. These are just little moments from the game. There will be more themed cats and even wilder battle effects later on.
