I’ve played Genshin Impact for the past few years, so when I found out that the developers of that masterpiece were creating another game, I was obviously excited. Black Desert Mobile is a MMORPG mobile game with lots of amazing characters to play with in an immense open world map. Honestly, I loved this game right away due to its intense beautiful graphics, sounds and varieties of characters available. PLAY IT OR SKIP IT? Play it if you’re interested in Devil May Cry or are looking for a mobile game with awesome graphics. Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat doesn’t feel like a watered-down version of the classic Capcom franchise; it’s a solid new entry to the series. There’s tons of fan service here, but the game isn’t bogged down with lore, so if you’ve never played a Devil May Cry game before, this is a good place to start. I’m a longtime fan of the franchise, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well this title measured up to the mainline games.

Helldivers 2 offers an intense, action-packed dive into the world introduced in 2015’s Helldivers. In this sci-fi universe, alien races are constantly trying to take over humankind; it’s up to the military forces of Super Earth—the titular Helldivers—to fight for its freedom. While this game has a few kinks it needs to iron out, such as a lack of weapons, unnecessary mechanics, and technical problems, it already offers an incredibly fun co-op shooter with an impressive amount of content available at launch.

Wuthering Waves is, without a doubt, a great game in terms of gameplay mechanics, graphics, and combat system. The movement is fluid, the animations are top-tier, and the overall atmosphere is immersive. It really feels like a game made with care when it comes to how it plays and looks. However, for players like me who care a lot about the story and character development, the narrative side of things feels lacking — and honestly, it’s disappointing.
