I had a blast exploring this open world and combining action and strategy to progress through the levels. DnD type game but it's a Dark Fantasy Extraction-Dungeon Crawler+Map Shrinking. So far it's epic. There are merchants with their quests, classes which you can upgrade through a skill tree, buff altars, bosses...and I hope much more to come. Performance wise, the game is really smooth, and graphics are good. Overall, a perfect game for those who are tired of generic extraction shooters, and for those who yearn for a decent dark fantasy dungeon crawlers.

SHOULD I PLAY ASTRA: KNIGHTS OF VEDA? If you’ve been searching for a dark fantasy action RPG, you’ll definitely want to keep an eye on Astra: Knights of Veda. It blends vibrant, painting-like visuals with old-school beat-em-up gameplay, and that combination is fantastic. There’s also a dark story with elements of Lovecraftian horror and a gacha system. I ran into some issues during my time with the demo, but the game is really promising overall, and I’m looking forward to seeing more of it.
