As a long-time fan of the Delta Force series, I have to admit that I was wrong in my initial assessment of the last Delta Force game potentially failing due to its futuristic universe. When news broke that there would be a Remake/Remastered version of Delta Force: Black Hawk Down included in the game, I started to see things in a different light. I had been skeptical about the futuristic setting of the last Delta Force game, thinking that it might stray too far from the roots of the series and alienate long-time fans like myself. However, the inclusion of a beloved classic like Black Hawk Down in the game reassured me that the developers were committed to honoring the franchise's legacy.
