Yeah, the graphics have improved—great, now I can lag in higher resolution during PvP matches. Most players are still dealing with the usual network latency, but hey, at least it looks good while stuttering, right? Gameplay has seen a few tweaks here and there, but of course, nothing major when it comes to Konami’s favorite feature: being outrageously greedy. Some traditions never die. As for the anniversary gifts… let’s just say calling them "gifts" is generous. We were kind of hoping for something worth logging in for—not a reminder that expectations should always stay low.

But the question is, is the hype dead? Much time has passed since the release of the iOS version and since then, the news about the Android build have been...well, nonexistent.
