The game is amazing! I really love how the graphics are, the NPC and that there is "newbie" book to help us how to। start! Yet, I would like to make a suggetion: could we not only travel back to home/camp each time we got back from other places? When you mix a pinball machine with a tower defense game and add slots machine, you get this game. A very interesting concept that could hold my attention for hours. Prep your towers, move the monsters in the slots machine and hit the bell and watch the monsters fall into your towers. Simple idea with lots of potential for fun.

SHOULD I PLAY CORE DEVOURER? You need to play this. Core Devourer offers all the chaotic fun and action of Vampire Survivors but with a modern sci-fi touch. Despite still being in development, the demo version looks extremely well-made and crisp. While a few small balance issues might be a nuisance, everything else in Core Devourer feels incredible. If you’ve played and enjoyed Vampire Survivors or any of its many clones, you seriously don’t want to miss trying this one out.

When I think of card based roguelikes, lots of games come to mind. This game adds the element of combos to the mix and has my attention more then a lot of the others. Your cards are not one and done. You add them to your combo and your attack grows each round. Can you afford the health to get a super powerful combo attack? That adds a lot more thinking and strategy then some of the other deck building games. I am watching this game for its future.

I tried this during the Pocket Playfest Winter 2023. The game looks intriguing with a story that grabs right away. Unfortunately, as with a couple other games during the playtest, I wasn't able to progress very far because of quirks with the cloud play controls. I figured out quickly that taps were mapped as left mouse clicks, but I couldn't left click on the door to progress the objective. Still, from the jump, I'm excited to see what happens next! I'll have to check this game out when it's released.

While the game is slated for release early next year and is not out yet, I had the opportunity to play the available Demo, and boy it did a really good job of Demoing the game.
