I played this Risk of Rain 2 and Vampire Survivors mash up on PC and Mobile (Cloud) | Core Devourer

Pocket Playfest: An Indie Celebration 2023 Winter Edition In a recent hands-on exclusive experience this past weekend, I had the privilege of testing a handful of titles on TapTap's experimental cloud gaming service, setting the stage for this 16-day event where indie game developers show-off their creations exclusively on the TapTap mobile platform — fully playable PC games without the need for an actual PC, Android/iOS version, or the need to download the games and install them.  Granted, you’d need to have a reliable internet service to be able to stream these games, and preferably are located in US and Canada for consistent play and latency, at least for now.

This innovative approach distinguishes it, adding an intriguing layer to the ever-changing landscape of the rogue-like genre. The game seamlessly incorporates elements from neighboring genres, providing players a fresh and dynamic adventure full of excitement and unpredictability. While the demo offers a tempting preview of the potential fun for players, it also highlights the crucial need for optimization. It is critical for "Wild Legion" to provide a smooth and entertaining gameplay experience in order to engage its audience fully. Addressing technical issues becomes crucial, as glitches and performance concerns could disrupt the immersive nature of the game, potentially discouraging players from fully embracing its charm.

Minds Beneath Us Game Review - "Mystery Beneath Minds"

Hello, gaming enthusiasts! Today, I will be reviewing a science-fiction adventure game titled "Minds Beneath Us." Developed by BearBone Studio and set to release on PC, this game is rich in storytelling. Let's delve into the exciting pros and cons of this game. Pros: 🌆 Unique Design and Visuals: The game's design is quite impressive. The 2D characters moving in a 3D space offer fantastic visuals. The city and backgrounds, based on Taipei, appear more detailed than the characters, immersing players in the scenery.

think it is an interesting and innovative game in terms of art and narration. I like how the game blends 2D animation and detailed 3D environment, and how it presents smooth and expressive cinematic scenes. I think it is a game that relies heavily on the story and the characters, and allows the players to make constant dialogue choices, and shape the relationship between the characters. The combination of dialogue choices and actions will constantly affect the story. Also, I like the core idea of the game, which is that you live in someone else’s head and control his body, and discover the truth behind this strange experiment. I think it is a game that raises intriguing questions about identity, memory, consciousness, and morality.

Minds Beneath Us is a compelling cyberpunk story about AI and free will

SHOULD I PLAY MINDS BENEATH US? This is definitely one to check out if you’re interested in adventure games or cyberpunk stories. Minds Beneath Us is a modern, more down-to-earth spin on Ghost in the Shell. It’s set a couple decades in the future in an unnamed city in Asia where AI controls many aspects of daily lives and shadowy agencies use data ghosts to possess targets and spy on their enemies. It’s stylish and atmospheric, and the story had me hooked right away—even though I found some of the pixel-hunting a bit tedious.

The game starts with you waking up in a strange body. You don't know who you are or how you got there. Picture a game that looks left at all of the fans clamoring for a new Power Stone game, looks right at the ones who want a new War of the Monsters, and then shrugs its shoulders and says “Why not both?” That game is GigaBash. It’s a 3D arena fighter with a collection of 10 monsters and mechas inspired by classic kaijus and a focus on simple controls, environmental destructibility, and the power fantasy of being a giant monster slamming other giant monsters through skyscrapers. It’s not much more than meets the eye, but its claws are certainly sharp enough to scratch any kaiju-sized party fighter itches.GigaBash’s biggest strength is how it balances its immediately intuitive controls with just the right amount of depth underneath that approachable surface. Every character has a basic attack and special attack, a charged version of those attacks, an aerial version of those attacks, a charged aerial version of those attacks, and then two unique abilities that are performed by holding block and pressing a button. In addition to that, there’s a button to dodge, a dodge attack to hit enemies on the run, a button to pick up and throw enemies, objects, or even buildings, and that’s it. This ease of play allows GigaBash to fit snugly in that spot every friend group should have as a game where you just hand the controller over to someone with little to no knowledge of how to play, tell them a few quick things, and they’ll have a fun time.
