Tower Defense and Deck Building had a Rogue-like baby, now on Mobile (Cloud) | CD 2: Trap Master

✨Overview CD 2: Trap Master is a tower defense rogue-like deck-building game that has just recently been released in Early Access form. It is a sequel to the original mobile game Candy Disaster TD, featuring very similar elements, and adds rogue-like deck-building elements to the franchise. Going in blind with this game, the title obviously gave away that this is a game sequel, but I could not find any trace of a predecessor game called “CD” across Steam and the internet until I found out that it was actually titled Candy Disaster TD, primarily a mobile game that was also released on PC. Upon discovering that game, it became apparent that CD 2: Trap Master is indeed a sequel to that title, and these games appear remarkably similar.

This is a weirdly good game. It has a few issues, but it's worthy. The story is interesting and intriguing. But there's some things that I didn't like. For example, some actions should trigger some dialogue from the protagonist, like when he finds a gun in the bathtub. He just grabs it and nothing is said about it, never. The gameplay is a little... unique. Playing as blind is a good justification for the game minimalist design and adds to the story's misters. But even him being blind doesn't justify his lack of aim. I couldn't understand how, or even if there was a way, to aim before shooting.

This game will make you feel like a hacker.

It's still on demo so there isn't that much to play. Basically, the whole game is just an incomplete tutorial. I say incomplete because clearly, there are more gameplay mechanics they haven't taught me yet. Despite having very little to offer, this game does a great job on providing me with the unique experience of being a hacker doing detective works. And story is not bad at all. The graphics is very beautiful, it has that mesmerizing retro vibes. Imho, the art is best part of the game.

CLOUD GAMING - YOU WON'T SURVIVE THIS TOP-DOWN SOULS-LIKE ARPG

Game: Devil Slayer - Raksasi Platform: PC Genre: Souls-Like, Action-Roguelike, Difficult Released: April 22th 2021 Price: $11 🔗Join the Playfest >> https://www.taptap.io/events/playfest2023winter 📅 Schedule Dates: December 23, 12 AM PT - January 7, 11:59 PM PT. TapTaps' new service, enables users to transmit DEMOs directly to their mobile devices from a virtual computer rather than directly installing them and taking up space, is very intuitive but the functionality that is currently being implemented here just doesn't seem to function well because it's a PC game being streamed to Mobile.

I'm always talking about in all platforms, the reason of my admiration and why I look for indie games. I will repeat at least the basic: Quality. When we find a team that makes a game with love, really valuing the smallest details, it's impossible not to create affection for the game become more and more curious about what will happen during this journey. If I had the opportunity to meet the team that created this game, I would give a standing ovation and thank you. I always said: "Graphic isn't everything."

A rather interesting philosophical creation about a blind person who is trying to study the world, himself and his fears, remembering the light, holding the light inside himself and spreading it among the darkness of life. The plot is interesting, it’s nice to play, there is empathy, but even though the game has an interesting idea, you yourself understand that if you had the choice to see something and see nothing, you would choose to see, therefore, the idea of the game becomes the highlight of the game itself, since you endlessly walk in the middle of the darkness, getting tired of it pretty quickly, because this is monotony. I think that it could have been done better if they wanted to convey the world of the blind, all its depth, but in general, it is quite possible to pass if there is nothing else around.

👍 Pros: easy to pickup and go 👍 Pros: no in app purshases 👍 Pros: best of all, visual changes to main character when equiping different equipment 👍 Pros: not to easy, which makes me want to keep playing the game 👎 Cons: none found yet 🎮 Gameplay: fun and addictive 🎮 Gameplay: played a few times since launch, and have really enjoyed the game so far, glad to see their is still devs making these basic fun games that does'nt involve a bunch of IAP or daily tasks and stuff like that. Thank you for that.

Premise of the game is great, playing as a blind guy is a unique perspective for me. The devs know how to set the atmosphere and how to use the audio to their advantage, the small light and almost all edges of the player is dark, making it seem like something might suddenly pop up, and footsteps of the monster is also visible and making the monster have visible outline if shot, which is a nice touch. Only problem is... My game bugged whenever I'm on the 2nd floor which is a shame.

This chibi Resident Evil gets an impressive good-looking sequel | PC+Mobile (Cloud) - Heaven Dust 2

✨Overview I first learned about Heaven Dust via TapTap’s Pocket Playfest event, and it offered a mix of puzzle-solving, exploration, and classic zombie survival gameplay on Mobile, creating a well-rounded experience that we are all familiar with, thanks to the classic Resident Evil games. Now, that game has a sequel with Heaven Dust 2, already out on PC since last year. It features the same style of gameplay but with upgraded graphics, gameplay, and a new standalone story.

Forest tales

I sat like this, no longer hoping for anything, because the last two rounds in this event were passing games, a maximum of average, with a stretch, but then as soon as I start the game, I understand that something interesting is waiting for me.. And I wasn't wrong. What can you drown in, enjoying the coolness, like in the shade, escaping from sunny everyday life? — Amazing music (I love piano, classical music in games);

Excellent game, didn't expect that this game is really hard since im not a conscientious person, this really make me wondering about "how much the connection of the next case that i need to know and how much the information that i need to get?" The first stage is already hard for me but might be easy for you guys if you understand about such detail that could be a useful information. The graphic itself isn't bad, doesn't causes my eyes hurt and able to be enjoyed. I can't rate about the music or soundtrack of this game since im too focus on the game, i know that i could be Miss the big part but hey, you can enjoy this game in your own way

Cool pixel three in a row.  Addictive.  True, as it seemed to me at the beginning, the leveling of the character is slower than I would like. Well it's my nitpicks 😅.
