Heaven Dust is a survival horror game that was originally released on Steam back in 2020. It really wears its inspiration, the original Resident Evil, on its sleeve as it takes place in a mansion that has been infested by a zombie virus. The PC version of this game actually gained enough attention to spawn a sequel two years after the first game. Still, as part of the Pocket Playfest, we're here to talk about Heaven Dust on Android, at first glance.

✨Overview Minds Beneath Us is an upcoming story-rich sci-fi thriller and an interactive adventure game set in a futuristic Asian city. The game explores a society fully automated with AI, with a focus on dialogue choices, relationship dynamics, and immersive storytelling, Minds Beneath Us promises a unique gaming experience.  I just played the demo, and while short, offers a glimpse into the game's huge potential, showcasing a compelling narrative and a visually stunning world.

Pocket Playfest: An Indie Celebration 2023 Winter Edition In a recent hands-on exclusive experience this past weekend, I had the privilege of testing a handful of titles on TapTap's experimental cloud gaming service, setting the stage for this 16-day event where indie game developers show-off their creations exclusively on the TapTap mobile platform — fully playable PC games without the need for an actual PC, Android/iOS version, or the need to download the games and install them.  Granted, you’d need to have a reliable internet service to be able to stream these games, and preferably are located in US and Canada for consistent play and latency, at least for now.

Bridge reappear is a Match 3 puzzle bridged with rpg adventure. It's fun and nostalgic as it reminds of candy crush. Also it has to be played strategically as the next move depends on which item has been matched, such as, heal or attack and so on. The enemies get stronger along with the progression, but one thing i really miss is an ultimate power attack. It would be really fun to have something like rage, or combo.

The overall content of the game is great, I know that the devs are fans of RE franchise based on their previous post but there's just too much similarities of the games that it feels like another clone. No hate to the devs though, they did a great job at making puzzles, making the map feel big and setting the atmosphere but playing the game in vertical is a big turn off for me (idk if there's a function for it to be landscape), I don't like playing games in vertical as it make the game feel cramped. Things I also noticed are the buttons, the game tutorial says press x but there's no button for it and the way to do it is either hold the object or tap it, and the virtual joystick, it always moves which is irritating.

Going in, I thought this was just an Infinitode clone. Boy, am I glad I was wrong! Refractor is a pixel tower defense game with the idea that you could influence the path that the enemies would walk through. Personally, I like the art style. There's really just something nostalgic with pixel-art games that really draws me in. With regards to the game mechanics, it really is just a tower defense game with a few innovations. Each turret you build has a set of random neutral tiles that can serve as the enemies pathway. This game element is what really drives the strategy here since you have to be careful in placing turrets if you also want to extend the enemies path to the end portal.

I sat like this, no longer hoping for anything, because the last two rounds in this event were passing games, a maximum of average, with a stretch, but then as soon as I start the game, I understand that something interesting is waiting for me.. TapTaps' new service, enables users to transmit DEMOs directly to their mobile devices from a virtual computer rather than directly installing them and taking up space, it's very intuitive but the functionality that is currently being implemented here just doesn't seem to function well because it's a PC game being streamed to Mobile.

Wow this game is awesome for pixel art,smooth gameplay,endless mode,3D-like and the graphics is awesome too! But there should be more modes to play with then it will be cool! And some new weapons in the weaponshop,armor from armorshop and accessibility item slots that you have or purchase in the accessibilityshop. It will be nice to have them. But it is still a awesome game!!!
