Back then, I was still a hardworking corporate drone chained to my desk, and the highlight of my day was stumbling upon this little game during my slacking-off time — *We Are Warriors*. The art style was absurdly simplistic, like something scribbled in a rough draft, but somehow I got totally hooked! The gameplay was super straightforward: tap to summon troops, overwhelm the enemy with numbers, and unlock the next stage (can’t remember the exact rules now, but basically, you just mindlessly tapped away). Each stage only had three types of units, just with different summoning costs. And the so-called "upgrades" only tweaked how fast those costs increased — honestly, it was all just number inflation, with zero innovation in the core gameplay. But the more I played, the more I wondered: how could such a simple setup keep me so addicted? Then it hit me — what if each unit had its own unique skill, plus a rock-paper-scissors type of counter system? Wouldn't that make the gameplay twice as fun?! And then, why not throw in my ultimate obsession — cats! Imagine chubby little kitties leading an army, some scratching up close, others attacking from a distance… just thinking about it melts my heart! Wasn't this my dream game?!
