Back in our day we had to turn to the Dungeon Keeper games when we wanted to torture good guys and corrupt fantasy lands. But since EA hasn't done anything with that franchise in ages, publisher Kalypso Media and developer Realmforge Studios have picked up the slack with the Dungeons series. The latest entry, Dungeons 4, is almost here, and it's looking like a devilishly good time. With a firmly goofy tone, the game will have players building a dungeon fit to keep the various orcs, goblins, and other evil denizens happy and healthy. But they'll need to contend with raiding parties from above and below, as humans, elves, and dwarves attempt to invade the dungeon and steal the precious gold and gems within.

Undertale. What more must be said? I never thought highly of Undertale until I played it. I never was even close to being interested in this genre of gaming... but it damn near stole first place on my favorites when I played it.

Here we go. It's the fall season, and I think the main problem that we're facing is that, frankly, there are just too many good games coming out! Alright, it's a great problem to have, but with so many upcoming hot titles, there are too many to choose from! That being said, Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis has caught my eye. Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis is set for release on September 7th on iOS and Android, and if the trailer is anything like the game, then it'll be quite the adventure. Despite the luxury of having a new Final Fantasy title based on the world of FF7 on my phone, Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis has some legitimate aspects I'd like to check out.

Fate/Samurai Remnant is out now and I loved my time in this game. I enjoyed the overall experience and the quality of the character designs for the in game models and the combat was just super flashy and exciting. I highly recommend this game if you're a lover of action RPG anime games and the Fate/Type Moon series in general.

Astra: Knights of Veda is a gacha side-scrolling beat ‘em up that features a rich story and world with some really gorgeous accompanying visuals. Character sprites look wonderful and full of personality, and the game’s voice acting and direction are decent. Still, this is only the demo. It's difficult to believe in a lot of things these days, when practically everything is clickbait or overhyped, with no gameplay foundation to build upon. I usually don't care what everyone else is excited about because, well. I know that most things seem too good to be true, and they almost always are. THE FINALS, while troublesome in a few areas, the majority of which are balancing and exploits that can only be done with a few classes, has the potential to become the next best thing, with no microtransactions that are predatory because everything in the playtest was shown to be play to earn, not pay to win.

This is one of the best mobile games I've played. I've tested what devices can handle this, and to my surprise most low end devices can actually handle this game. Though you might get kicked out of a match once in awhile. On low end devices it runs at a smooth 20-30 fps, which is pretty decent for low end devices. It can stutter a bit, but it's definitely playable. This is a short and sweet one, 5 out of 5 stars, highly recommended, my very honest and true opinion.

Horde shooters are as abundant as the waves of enemies you mow down. However, today’s game tries to stand out from the mobs by doing something a little different. Synced, a new free-to-play, multiplayer horde shooter is a game with a unique gimmick that turns the monsters you kill into one of your own weapons. That alone got me hooked on the premise and I synced right in. The only real criticism I can levy at Synced at the moment is that there isn’t a whole lot to do outside of the initial grind. But, since it only just came out, updates are bound to come soon and expand the way the game can be played.

Game: Backpack Battles Platform: PC & possibly Mobile! Genre: Auto Battler, Strategy, Multiplayer, Management Overview Aside from Backpack Battles, which will be released on March 8th, there weren't many games that captured my interest enough during this year's Steam Next Fest to keep me playing long after the event had ended. It's just that, despite its barebones design, presentation, and gameplay, the game manages to provide a long-lasting and enjoyable experience where you just want to play a quick game to pass the time. It makes you think and forces you to take risks, and it allows you to challenge other players and their builds at each stage of the game while gradually climbing the competitive side through the ranking board. There is a steep learning curve for how to correctly create and organize your backpack and all of its active effects. Following the release of the PC version, the developer has stated that, while he cannot guarantee it will eventually be released for mobile devices, the idea exists due to how simple it would be to port; it really depends on how much demand it has.
