Despite being made by the same team that created the beloved Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide and Warhammer: Vermintide 2, players were very lukewarm on last year's Warhammer 40,000: Darktide. The mixed reviews on Steam pointed to tons of bugs, a lack of content, and unrewarding progression as major problems contributing to the lack of excitement. Well, developer Fatshark has been working away at Darktide for a year now, improving on those issues with patches adding new content, balancing classes and abilities, and squashing legions of bugs. That all culminates in the just-launched Patch 13, which completely overhauls how classes and leveling work in the game.

My first gaming smartphone from the 2000s 📖 Storyline: If the video game market on consoles and PCs has seen major players come and go over the years, that of mobile phones has been ten times more tumultuous, with apparently "historic" brands that in the space of a few months have been supplanted by others .  Twenty years ago, for example, Nokia was practically the queen of mobile phones, when the concept of "smartphone" was still distant and "mobile gaming" was still moving between versions of Snake and monochrome screens!  I still remember the amazement mixed with alienation when as a teenager I tried Tomb Raider, Metal Gear, Silent Hill, Resident Evil on N-Cage.  It was truly a winning idea finally valid, it was everyone's dream to have one!  The main problem: How could a 2.1" screen with that format and that physical keyboard be conceived... not to mention when I had to change the game by even dismantling the body and removing the SIM??

Astra: Knights of Veda is a gacha side-scrolling beat ‘em up that features a rich story and world with some really gorgeous accompanying visuals. Character sprites look wonderful and full of personality, and the game’s voice acting and direction are decent. Still, this is only the demo. Hi there! I think for this first post, some introductions are in order. We are SRG Studios, a veteran (makes us sound old!) studio with a decade of experience making games and we are very very happy to share with you our latest project: Champion Shift. On a personal note, my name is George, Studio Director for SRG. This has been a labor of love and a game you can almost say has been a decade in the making. ʟᴇᴛs ᴅɪᴠᴇ ɪɴᴛᴏ ᴛʜɪs ᴏᴠᴇʀʟᴏᴏᴋᴇᴅ, 2000’s ɢᴇᴍ Tak and the Power of Juju is an action-adventure platformer created by Avalanche Software, and was published by THQ Nordic (simply THQ at the time of publication) in October of 2003. It was met with mixed to average reviews by critics, and was given an average rating of about 6/10. At the time of its release it was looked over by many potential players because of the bigger named titles that released that year (Jak 2, Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando, and DMC2 to name a few). You could play this title on the GameCube, PS2, and the Game Boy Advance (the format that I owned). Luckily for me this game released during my childhood ( I was 7 at release) and couldn't be bothered with the snobby opinions of "video game critics" reviews (let alone fully read them if I wanted to). Not only was this game awesome visually, the main character "Tak" was voiced by Jason Marsden (Max from "A Goof Movie" and Chester from "The Fairy Odd Parents"). This game was one of my first memories playing a Game Boy Advance, and couldn't be happier with this new title in my little gaming collection.
