Hey hey! While I don't usually dabble in Bullet Heavens, I'd recently been directed towards Joychasing Games, Return To Abyss. Now, while I've already done a quick review of this game, I have (by this point) nearly doubled my initial playtime. Admittedly, the title of this article isn't inaccurate, as I was able to make a healthy degree of progress even as I piled my way through a small pile of peanut butter sandwiches. Still, that does leave the question- was this bullet-heavy rogue-lite a casual bit of fun, or was it an abysmal experience?

SHOULD I PLAY MY TIME AT SANDROCK? My Time at Sandrock is a terrific follow-up to My Time at Portia, so you won’t want to miss it if you liked the original. I’d also recommend it to anyone who likes crafting, farming sims, or survival games. While both titles in the series take place in a post-apocalyptic world, My Time at Sandrock really made me feel like I was fighting against the environment. There’s something strangely cozy about searching for resources in an inhospitable wasteland. Whether I was helping a local find shade or repairing damage after a nasty sandstorm, it felt like I was making the world around me a better place, and that was really satisfying.

One aspect that set this game apart from others through Cloud Gaming was the user interface's of shooting with a weapon. The weapons serve almost no purpose due to the requirement of aiming with one's finger until it locks onto the creature, which severely restricts movement. Following that, you must release your finger from the target after pressing the gun icon which locks it in place.

SHOULD I PLAY DISGAEA 7? Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless is a return to form for the Disgaea series. It’s a perfect blend of grinding, boundary-breaking gameplay, and silly storytelling. If you’re not a fan of the franchise, it probably won’t win you over, but if you’ve enjoyed other Disgaea titles or are curious about the series, this is a game you won’t want to miss. I’ve enjoyed every second I’ve spent with

Assassin’s Creed Mirage, however, almost looks like a return to the roots of the series, featuring HOODED Assassins again and an exotic locale reminiscent of the first quadrilogy. However, despite everything on surface level looking like a return to form, that actually isn’t the case. So, if you’re looking for a historically-appreciative return to Assassin’s Creed’s roots, Mirage is not exactly what you’re looking for. Still, it does pay homage to the earlier games and has a significantly shorter playtime of 20 hours compared to the newer titles. If you didn’t like the bloat of the new games and wanted a tighter, more focused experience, Mirage might be worth looking into.

ʟᴇᴛs ᴅɪᴠᴇ ɪɴᴛᴏ ᴛʜɪs ᴏᴠᴇʀʟᴏᴏᴋᴇᴅ, 2000’s ɢᴇᴍ Tak and the Power of Juju is an action-adventure platformer created by Avalanche Software, and was published by THQ Nordic (simply THQ at the time of publication) in October of 2003. It was met with mixed to average reviews by critics, and was given an average rating of about 6/10. At the time of its release it was looked over by many potential players because of the bigger named titles that released that year (Jak 2, Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando, and DMC2 to name a few). You could play this title on the GameCube, PS2, and the Game Boy Advance (the format that I owned). Luckily for me this game released during my childhood ( I was 7 at release) and couldn't be bothered with the snobby opinions of "video game critics" reviews (let alone fully read them if I wanted to). Not only was this game awesome visually, the main character "Tak" was voiced by Jason Marsden (Max from "A Goof Movie" and Chester from "The Fairy Odd Parents"). This game was one of my first memories playing a Game Boy Advance, and couldn't be happier with this new title in my little gaming collection.

the presence of bots has been noticed that turns out to be depending on the record of the top players, this is annoying since there was not something similar before but it is frustrating because even your own record does not let you win or finish in first place, hopefully they will remove this addition which only ruins the satisfaction of the game and makes it stressful. 👎

The game's graphics are impressive, with detailed and beautifully rendered spaceships and environments that really capture the epic scale of interstellar battles. The sound design is also top-notch, with a sweeping orchestral score that helps to create a sense of grandeur and adventure. But the real standout feature of Homeworld Mobile is its gameplay. The game strikes a perfect balance between accessibility and depth, with intuitive touch controls that make it easy to manage your fleet and engage in battles, while still offering plenty of strategic options and tactical depth. The game's campaign mode offers a compelling story that keeps you invested in the fate of your fleet and the fate of the galaxy. And once you've completed the campaign, there are plenty of skirmish and multiplayer modes to keep you coming back for more. One minor issue I encountered with the game was that it occasionally suffered from lag or stuttering on my older phone, but this was a minor annoyance that didn't detract from the overall experience. Overall, Homeworld Mobile is an excellent addition to the series and a must-play for fans of space strategy games. We're pretty stoked for the upcoming new Hellboy game, Hellboy: Web of Wyrd. I mean, just look at this thing in action in the trailer above. It looks like the pages of Hellboy artist Mike Mignola's artwork come to life. If they can pull it off and make it fun, it's going to be killer. Unfortunately, though, we got news today that we'll have to wait just a little bit longer to find out whether they pulled it off or not. Originally planned to launch on October 4, Hellboy: Web of Wyrd has been pushed back two weeks to an October 18 release.

There's nothing quite like setting off into a new wide-open world full of secrets to discover, resources to mine, and cool gear to craft. But that survival game stuff is only one of the reasons we're excited for Enshrouded. Enshrouded takes the survival/crafting gameplay of a game like Valheim or Minecraft and adds some deeper dark-fantasy RPG elements. It's set in a massive, epic voxel-based world where up to sixteen players can team up for co-op, and players are given the freedom to build massive bases and otherwise reshape the world however they see fit. It also has huge dungeons, tons of fantastical creatures to fight, and some awesome-looking traversal abilities, such as hang gliding and grappling.

SHOULD I PLAY FAE FARM? If you’re a big farming game fan, you should absolutely check this one out, but you might want to wait for a patch or a price drop. Fae Farm has an adorable art style and a lot of great ideas, but it has some frustrating issues. Ultimately, those problems didn’t keep me from having fun, but there are better farming games out there, and most of those games are available at a much lower price point.
