Disney Speedstorm is back! And better yet, our addiction to seeing Disney characters hurl bombs and dodge pirate cannons throughout the racetrack has been rewarded with a mobile version. I talked about how great this game was a few months back. And as Disney does its best to infiltrate every entertainment form imaginable, it only makes sense that a game like Speedstorm would make its way to mobile devices. Still, I can’t complain when that transition is so smooth that I’d be convinced the game was initially created for mobile.

At Summer Game Fest 2023, Square Enix surprised us by announcing a colorful four-versus-four shooter called Foamstars. The game is all about spraying down enemies and the arena with blue, pink, purple, and green bubbles. It drew immediate comparisons to Nintendo's Splatoon series, but it's much more than just a clone. In fact, it was one of our favorite games that we got to try out at Summer Game Fest!

The game's graphics are impressive, with detailed and beautifully rendered spaceships and environments that really capture the epic scale of interstellar battles. The sound design is also top-notch, with a sweeping orchestral score that helps to create a sense of grandeur and adventure. But the real standout feature of Homeworld Mobile is its gameplay. The game strikes a perfect balance between accessibility and depth, with intuitive touch controls that make it easy to manage your fleet and engage in battles, while still offering plenty of strategic options and tactical depth. The game's campaign mode offers a compelling story that keeps you invested in the fate of your fleet and the fate of the galaxy. And once you've completed the campaign, there are plenty of skirmish and multiplayer modes to keep you coming back for more. One minor issue I encountered with the game was that it occasionally suffered from lag or stuttering on my older phone, but this was a minor annoyance that didn't detract from the overall experience. Overall, Homeworld Mobile is an excellent addition to the series and a must-play for fans of space strategy games. Ive been really enjoying this game, it's been a little laggy at times but it's really fun to have a good shooting game on mobile. Seeing the tactics of siege on Mobile is generally hilarious. I'm hoping for Ela to be released soon so I can enjoy my favorite character in this new version of Siege. I'm hoping she'll get buff so where you can see where you place her cushion mines throughout the round. As a trap operator I felt like having inside information about where your trap is at all times would be a nice addition to Ela, her scorpion while it's recoil isn't that bad, it still let her compete with some other operators on defense but since Ela wants to place off her Mines, it would be really nice if she could see where they are.

Undertale. What more must be said? I never thought highly of Undertale until I played it. I never was even close to being interested in this genre of gaming... but it damn near stole first place on my favorites when I played it.
