Game: Backpack Battles Platform: PC & possibly Mobile! Genre: Auto Battler, Strategy, Multiplayer, Management Overview Aside from Backpack Battles, which will be released on March 8th, there weren't many games that captured my interest enough during this year's Steam Next Fest to keep me playing long after the event had ended. It's just that, despite its barebones design, presentation, and gameplay, the game manages to provide a long-lasting and enjoyable experience where you just want to play a quick game to pass the time. It makes you think and forces you to take risks, and it allows you to challenge other players and their builds at each stage of the game while gradually climbing the competitive side through the ranking board. There is a steep learning curve for how to correctly create and organize your backpack and all of its active effects. Following the release of the PC version, the developer has stated that, while he cannot guarantee it will eventually be released for mobile devices, the idea exists due to how simple it would be to port; it really depends on how much demand it has.

The human race is on the verge of extinction. You're one of the few survivors that can still put up a fight. So get out there, take on the Nano hoards, and battle to regain what is rightfully yours on September 8th! While I have witnessed the game's quality gradually decline during BETA and ALPHA. If you didn’t like the bloat of the new games and wanted a tighter, more focused experience, Mirage might be worth looking into.

Unfortunately Dead 4 Returns is assumed dead since the abrupt complete silence and no news, but I still think there’s a huge missing opportunity to be made here to create a great CO-OP PvE game like those in the title here. Obviously needs to be both iOS and Android, maybe even PC,no hyper casual bs, a full fledge AA or AAA game, I think the right team with enough talent and resources could pull it off.
