It's difficult to believe in a lot of things these days, when practically everything is clickbait or overhyped, with no gameplay foundation to build upon. I usually don't care what everyone else is excited about because, well. I know that most things seem too good to be true, and they almost always are. THE FINALS, while troublesome in a few areas, the majority of which are balancing and exploits that can only be done with a few classes, has the potential to become the next best thing, with no microtransactions that are predatory because everything in the playtest was shown to be play to earn, not pay to win.

PLAY IT OR SKIP IT? Play it if you’re even the slightest fan of horror games. Killer Frequency is an incredibly unique first-person horror game where you take on the role of a small-town night-shift radio DJ. There’s just one twist: A killer is stalking the town during your shift, and all of the town’s 911 calls are being routed through to your station. This means a lot of the “action” is just standing behind a desk, picking which tunes to play and trying to keep innocent people alive with your words alone. Don’t let the limited setting fool you, though; this is a deeply creative game that kept surprising me with new challenges.

SHOULD I PLAY KILL THE CROWS? Play it if you’re a fan of top-down shooters or are looking for a simple, old-school game you can play in short bursts. Kill the Crows is a western about a lone gunslinger on a quest for revenge. There are no bullet sponges here; players, enemies, and even bosses can be felled by a single bullet, and just one mistake can bring a run to an end. At first, this felt frustrating, but once I got into the swing of things, racking up one-shot kills was incredibly satisfying.ﾠ

Dead Space in my opinion is the best Sci-Fi horror game around. This game perfectly balances story, gore, and horror elements from eachother keeping you on the edge of your chair waiting for something to happen. The game is really well put to gether and is an amazing game for its age. Personally, I played this game on my XBox 360 and the fact that it still looks amazing just goes to show how well this game was made. I think this series is my favorite horror game series because of its story. I would totally recommend this game to all horror game lovers as well as shooter game lovers!

Choose your favorite hero or villain, complete with quirks and characteristics, and compete for the top spot! It's difficult to understand why this game was considered. While it appears alright at first glance, once you get your hands on it and physically start playing it just feels like another jaded attempt at something that didn't need to be a thing, but rather a way for some small studio to attempt to cash in on something popular far down the line.

Capcom released a new update for Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition on October 24, 2023. The update adds a number of new features and fixes, including: * **New character: Vergil** * **New difficulty mode: Legendary Dark Knight** * **New Bloody Palace mode challenges** * **Bug fixes and performance improvements** Vergil is now playable in all modes of the game, including the story mode, Bloody Palace, and Vergil's Downfall. He has his own unique moveset and abilities, including his Devil Trigger and Doppelganger. The Legendary Dark Knight difficulty mode is a new challenge mode that is even more difficult than the standard Dante Must Die difficulty. Enemies have more health and deal more damage, and there are fewer checkpoints. The new Bloody Palace mode challenges offer a new way to test your skills. There are now 100 floors to climb, each with its own unique challenges. The update also includes a number of bug fixes and performance improvements. Horde shooters are as abundant as the waves of enemies you mow down. However, today’s game tries to stand out from the mobs by doing something a little different. Synced, a new free-to-play, multiplayer horde shooter is a game with a unique gimmick that turns the monsters you kill into one of your own weapons. That alone got me hooked on the premise and I synced right in. The only real criticism I can levy at Synced at the moment is that there isn’t a whole lot to do outside of the initial grind. But, since it only just came out, updates are bound to come soon and expand the way the game can be played.
