《漢王紛爭》是網易首款歷史推演手游，將經典戰爭策略元素與超高自由度結合，為玩家呈現重策略、強交互、超高自由度的戰爭策略體驗。玩家將親歷波瀾壯闊的三國亂世，在風起雲湧的年代縱橫捭闔，將三國名將美人收至麾下，組建自己的不敗雄師。最終蕩平魏蜀吳，劍指司州，用武力、權謀征服天下！培養武將，三國英豪盡為己用《漢王紛爭》依照經典三國歷史，設定了英雄美人的生平歷史和獨家技能。近百名膾炙人口的英雄人物將協助玩家們征戰天下。武將獲取不靠抽卡靠玩家招募，真正為劇情定制。自由行軍，真實指揮即時操盤在《漢王紛爭》中，野外探索可以自由選擇目標，並且即時調整。具備走位，圍剿，反殺等特性。在野外玩家不僅可以尋找世界boss，還能尋找資源點完成採購、討伐、跑商等任務獲取收益和buff加成。滅國誅心，一計燃燼十三州《漢王紛爭》排兵布陣借鑒了經典SLG，玩家可設置陣型，採用多種陣型和兵種配合來與敵對勢力對抗。根據戰斗形式的判斷進行調整，不再是傳統枯燥的前中後三軍。合縱連橫，亂世群雄俯首稱臣締結同盟，可在戰場上互相支援，以聯盟為單位與其他敵對勢力展開爭奪。通過集結的形式保護盟友、守衛國家領地、征討敵對國家、參加國戰。
