比賽是通過雙方的距離來判斷近戰遠射。比賽分為體力和內功，體力先空判負。內力隨時間增長，攻擊、閃避、爆氣等都會消耗內力，內力耗盡就會產生裂口，等待對手的可能是無盡的奔襲傷殘。而劍術則是根據揮劍的軌跡以及能否擊中敵人的身體來判斷，不同的攻擊方向也會帶來不同的攻擊效果。遊戲提供了八向滑行攻擊、收劍狀態和跳躍狀態作為近戰攻擊的開端，每個方向都可以設置為單獨的連擊，用於後續的後續攻擊。招式的釋放也是根據劍攻擊動作的方向來滑動，角色手中劍的方向與玩家的方向一致。
