The story takes plave in Ashborne, the last remnant of the Old Empire, rivaling the capital's glamour in its prime, has now been reduced to a husk of its former self, for The Tear that was started by the Sages of the Sun Court has grew, corrupting and consuming everything in its path. However, a beacon of hope still stands within the stronghold of Ashborne. You, the main character, takes on the role as an adventurer, clearing the nearby dungeons overrun with monsters while aquiring skills and spells to aid you in your journey.
