相傳在遠古時代的動物第一紀元，人類、動物與古老精靈們在台灣歷史悠久的動物園裡和睦相處著。精靈是自然間的守護者，只有尊重並足夠了解動物自然的人類可以與動物精靈們產生共鳴，這些人類也被稱為【精靈守護者】，而因神奇的共鳴而誕生的【動物精靈原石】【動物精靈鋼筆】兩件寶物，被視為一種和諧的象徵。相傳【動物精靈原石】由園區裡最德高望重的象族負責保管，而【動物精靈鋼筆】則由世代在園區服務人類長老所持有，如果環境發生了重大的變革，象族與人類便會聚集兩件寶物產生共鳴，召喚出精靈們一起討論出最佳的解決辦法......。
然而，最近出現了一個調皮搗蛋的精靈: 「福寶」，把園區長老們貴重的【動物精靈原石】與【動物精靈鋼筆】藏了起來並失去了蹤影...
