遊戲玩法為音樂節奏，除了挑戰關卡外，玩家還需培訓入部目的及性格都大相徑庭的九位少年，以成為偶像團體「stirRhythm」的成員開始活動，展開一段羈絆與成長、夢想與希望的青春物語。
