防禦塔根據自身的五種元素屬性，在不同的時間段獲得相應的加成。玩家根據選擇的陰陽屬性在白天或夜晚獲得相應的陰陽屬性加成，作用於防禦塔，不同時間段加成數值不同。怪物波衝擊玩家的城堡，城堡通過符文科技增加生命值和塔的各種防禦加成。城堡被破壞後地圖上的所有塔樓都會被摧毀，遊戲將重新開始。地圖上塔的高度是固定的。已放置的塔在塔升級後不會再升級。
