Star Ocean: The Second Story R Demo Review: A Modern Take on a Classic
Playstation had so many banger titles and square Enix or to be exact square soft at the time was dropping massive games like Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy, legend of mana series and so on. By the time of 1999, Enix Corp. Before they became Square Enix after a merger they teamed up with Tri-Ace the dev team to release the Star Ocean IP which at the time and still is a Japanese exclusive and then the release of Star Ocean Second Story the 2nd installment to the star ocean series and being the first title to make it globally which is how my 6 year old self got into the series to begin with. I have many fond memories in playing second story and as well as till the end of time. Now, let's fast forward 24 years later and Square Enix has been on a role with it remakes and remasters that we now received a new remake for the sci-fi arpg Star Ocean Second Story.
