Suzerain

Tried to like this one, i really did. The concept was very interesting and appealed to me. Managing a nation, dealing with the intricacies of politics and rivalry, juggling between internal and external difficulties while struggling to deal with the realities of an impending war. The challenges that come with a position of power, the players approach and orientation, all these are done fairly well. The problem for me is that the storyline was very linear and it felt like certain play styles were less incentivised. Your actions don't really feel meaningful enough to me, and the game leaves a lot to be desired as the scenarios are limited.

I already knew that this game was great just before actually playing it. The choices are great, like in an RPG game. I think I already saw a game that will last longer on my phone (yay!). The first chapter of the game is free and it will provide an option if you want to purchase the whole game. It looked complicated at first because it was mostly full of text, but I didn't feel any signs of boredom as it was really good.

Ever dreamt of becoming a president or some notable figure changing the world? I know that most of us have thought of the idea—especially me. Well, Suzerain is the perfect opportunity to live that wild dream while playing a fantastic text-based RPG with beautiful graphics and catchy tunes. I played Suzerain for the last two hours, leading the fictional country of Sordland and navigating political drama, economic crisis, and poverty within. The game did a wonderful job of pulling my attention through its text-based narrative and gameplay, and charming visuals. It was also really cool to be president, even if it was only inside a game.

Suzerain is a very deep text based game thats very very heavily story based. It was very interesting but at the same time, it might just be a bit too overwhelming for me. Gameplay wise this game throws a lot of text in your face. You need to read a lot, and make a lot of political choices as you start from being born, going to school, and college etc, all while making the various big life choices to shape you into the future president of the country.

Suzerain is an interesting text based game with multiple choice answers and questions to progress the story. With very little artistic visuals to go by other than background changes and pictures of the people you are talking to, this game may not be for everyone. I for one think this game is pretty interesting, however it is very very dense on text to read, from different statistics, to many different background information. Running as a President isn't an easy job, and that's basically what this game all comes down to.

How does this game have such low visibility!? This is an excellent game but now available for mobile. You can find a ton of reviews on Steam and even The Escapist did a spectacular review. I took control of a broken nation, pulled it out of a crippling recession by creating hundreds of thousands of jobs, stopped widespread ethnic and ideological violence, allied myself with the most powerful democratic nations of the world, passed sweeping reforms on womens rights and limited government overreach by implementing desperately needed checks and balances.

Suzerain is a text-based RPG mobile game. I got instantly amazed by the detailed storyline of this game. I felt like as if I was back in the early 20th century where the world war I was about to happen. The game provided an amazing text-based RPG guide to form the characteristics and foundation of my main character. I was pretty impressed to see how the game was providing very intricate details and various options to choose on how I can develop my character. Honestly, it is a very unique game type that I had never played before.

An excellent text-based role-playing game in which you take on the role of a President. The game offers a variety of choices, each with its own consequences, making it an engaging and challenging experience. You must be able to think and act quickly in order to succeed.
