With building mechanics that let you set traps, build small shelters, gather food and resources, this survival game gives you the freedom to exploar and settle on the Coastal Area of Skull Island filled with prehistoric wild life but evolved, dinosaurs and fantasy creatures based on the location of the island.
The game heavily focusses on a semi-open world filled with creatures from big to really small to make it feel more alive.
Each creature has his own place in the ecosystem, with AI focussed on this aspect.
It is possible to overhunt animals(for a short time) because of the spawning system and animals will react to your way of hunting.
The game also features a dynamic weather system that will not only impact the spawnrates of certain animals, but will also result in respawning of resources given to you by the sea.
Sometimes it is better to start running instead of fighting the many hostile animals on the island.
They will crawl from caves, fall from the basalt cliffs, attack you from above and... from carcasses?
The game will also be released with a gore-censor option for youtube(to prevent demonetization).
