Noblesse Obliged - is a must-have artifact set whenever you will build a team. Why? Here are the factors to consider;
1) 2-PC Set Effect - it boosts the elemental burst of the character that wears the artifact
2) 4-PC Set Effect - it boosts the overall damage of your team by 20% (not stackable)
3) Character Roles - most of the characters can wear this artifact set as long as the role of a certain character is viable.

Usual Supports like Bennett, Diona, Xingqiu, Lisa, and Traveller.Now, there are instances that other characters will wear a 4-PC Noblesse Obliged artifact set. Here's an example: One of the teams I built is an all-archer team consisting of Yoimiya, Ganyu, Amber, and Diona. Yoimiya being the Main DPS (PYRO), Ganyu being the Burst DPS (CRYO), Amber being the DMG Booster wearing the 4-PC Noblesse Obliged set (PYRO) and, Diona being the shield and healer (CRYO).The team consists of 2 Cryo and 2 Pyro to maximize the elemental particles for faster Elemental Burst Recharge. So whenever the character that wears the 4-PC Noblesse Obliged has its Elemental Burst Ready, she'll do a DMG while boosting the other team members with a 20% DMG Buff.For me, it is important that you have 1 character that will wear this artifact set to maximize the DMG output that you can deal with.

Bursting Elemental Damage
