The main gameplay is to find the relevant items and escape from the hospital according to the mission hints. The doctor will patrol and you need to avoid him or you will be caught. Rats will attack you and you need to be careful. The game has two difficulties, the easy mode forces an ad to pop up every two minutes, but the doctor and rats will be easy to deal with. In normal mode you have three days and each time you get caught by the doctor you will lose a day. If you haven't escaped in three days, you're dead. I played the normal mode and still had the forced pop-up ads.

Awesome game hands down just a little to many bugs or the server it's connected too can really interfere with your game play. Others from that it's a great game with exciting maps and heroes too unlock that has you in excitement of wondering what your prize will be when in the next rumble box that you get to unlock.You also need to have alot of patients with other players that you team up with,as some players don't like to work as a team.This is a team work based game if you want too win battles unless you play free for all.There is also training mode as well where you can get to know how to operate your new heroe & there abilities as every heroe has there own which is great! Finding a heroe that suits your style of play,then put your skills to the test of playing other real player's. It is a good game but it has some problems Of course, I must also say that I play this game on my phone Its problems is : Blood on the screen, you have to double click for everything, it doesn't show your health I think these problems occur because I play on phone After all, this game is very good
