So firstly, the game was overshadowed by Crimson Desert. Combined with it's learning curve and shaky start, it's just didn't help any. So don't be surprised that you haven't heard of this one even though the kinks were worked out.
It's presented as a 2.5D hand-painted, soulslike, metroidvania game.
It has a dark fantasy setting with the usual metroidvania mechanics and tropes. The story is cool. But as is the case with most soulslike bosses, they bosses all come with a learning curve that range from simple to downright painful.
There's 7 class archetypes that you can choose from and plenty of weapons, armor, skills and even talens to mix and match. Eventually you'll either find something that works for you or build a play style that's to your liking.
If you're looking to platinum the game, the replay value is pretty high because there's TONS to collect and upgrade.
All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed the game. If you're a fan of the genre, you'll enjoy this.
