Sounds like a really good idea.

Suggestion:1. I've been like dreaming of a game where there will be hidden quests(no way to know how to trigger it/trigger by change or by some coincidence) which will give you unique equipments. Idk how to explain it well but let's say as an example someone got a water element weapon and someone in the world is trying to fight a fire element boss or mob so they need to team up with the people who have water element equipments. Like making a game that you can play on your time sounds fun but most of us try games while solo so most people play dps classes and the appreciation to support players is really low which is why a lot of players who are good at support end up playing dps since they think solo play is easier. Sometimes it's better to wing it solo but the reason we keep coming back for these beautiful games is because we might be shy but we love making friends online.

2. The pets will be unique was written in the dev note. It will be really fun if we have to like go to catch them to certain places. Like if you want to catch a certain type of deer you have to go the ponds or rivers near forests to catch those.

3. If there are jobs or job classes in the game then please let craftsman classes be more skilled at gather or things like shops on the map or something like that (not a suggestion but kinda a wish)

Overall I never developed a game so not sure how to create unpredictability while using an algorithm but random and unpredictable open world really sounds like something I'll myself and force my friends to invest a lot of interest in.
