while the game play is great, while or finally had account issues with purchasing products from the game. After a week of working with support to fix the issue. They advised me to delete my client and download latest version. Once that was done the account stopped working.

then all the beta access was removed.

so now left with unable to access the game or redownload it. This was done after I made my purchase of mtx.

After going to the reddit to get account assistance they simply deleted the post about this issue.

While game is great, support for it is trash, slowtimes to fix things and being it's an ex hearthstone team. Balances have been slow to come through aswell. They will jst fuck you because they can.

what ever APK uses to break rules is more than I know or are told I general. I applied for beta access and it was given. What my biggest point is, the disingenuous nature of the support. I went through th steps and they yes did advise I didn't have correct beta access so they then sent me a link to get correct access. So then to lie and take that away is disingenuous at best outright lying at it's worst.

that happend because the game is in a soft launched closed beta and you "cheated" your access into the game by downloading it via apk apps. the purchasing issues where normal since you had no right to access the game and your payment method linked to your acc was from a non beta launch region. by contacting the support you simply drew attention to the fact that you are actualy not even allowed to play this game so they removed your access and disabled it. if that is right or fair is not what i want to discuss. i simpy wanted to let you know what happend.

Terrible customer support

I got lucky after only 3 days I got a Mythical Weapon on my second pull, I was really enjoying the game, but the I couldn't link my account, I went to customer support and got the middle finger, they said they would not do anything about it gotta start a new game and lose all my progress and itens. I was looking foward to continue playing, now I will have to delete the game just like they did with mu progress and itens

Good game but money hungry company

Been playing this game since the first season. Was amazing until Season 4 when they introduced a change nobody asked for. What would normally take a few months of playing to get top level will now take 6+ years and that's if you're really lucky. They constantly lie about updates and introduce things nobody wants. Their community people are a joke and just won't respond to us anymore because all the fans are angry.

Game is awesome...game community is absolute trash, I never seen so many cheaters and lack of character, in one game, in over 25 years of online gaming. I deleted the account with over 30 mil in the bank and loads of gear and weapons, that's how much it isn't worth your time.
