Light and Night Figures’Debut Turned into a Mess

The Weibo of Good Smile Company had commented and shared the announcement. However, to many people’s surprise, that specific Weibo soon turned into a warzone of words.

There were many comments posted on the Good Smile Company’s Weibo in no time by angry game enthusiasts. Those comments claim the preview picture is unsatisfactory since they did not recreate their beloved characters faithfully. Some criticized the figures for lacking the double eyelids of the original character designs. Others complained about another character because they believed the skin complexion was inaccurate. “It should be a cooler white instead of yellow.”

Soon after, many Weibo users joined and defended the Good Smile Company. Some criticized the game enthusiasts for using their aggressive and offensive attitudes and lack of respect. Some explained the Nendoroid figure production line has its designing procedure, and the preview picture was just a rough reference. Some people claimed they did not like the “fandom strategy,” which refers to enthusiasts gathering together and using similar and negative comments to provide extra pressure. While some enthusiasts have fought back, claiming it is their right to criticize a product as target consumers.

Well, my personal opinion is that this is a badly optimized, sadly grindy automated gacha game. It's mostly for people that want to look at B sides of girls over sizes on their curves 😩
