2, Once the VPN is activate, add a new account onto Google play store, sign up while the VPN is activate and it will make the account in that region
3, Once the account is created, make sure you can download games via the playstore with the newly created account, after that, go to tap tap and download yu gi oh cross duel
4, Once downloaded, load the game with the VPN activate and test to see if it works, if it does, disable the VPN and play the game
Note - You need to access the game while you're signed into your new Google play account, so I advise signing out of your main account and just have the new one signed in

KONAMI has made Yu-Gi-Oh! Cross Duel available on Android and iOS in Canada, the Netherlands, and Hong Kong.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Cross Duel is branded as "a new era of dueling 4-player card battles". It features multiple game modes, including a 4-player match mode, a single-player mode, as well as a 4-player co-op mode where you can team up and beat the boss.
