Everywhere they mentioned torchlight is going to be completely F2P friendly, they would be no pay to win and the only thing people will be able to purchase was customisation. Well now suddenly they add pets and hero traits in the game. You spend on gatcha to obtain these and they clearly give you power boost over F2P players . It's already shameful for a dev team to lie to players . You guys got greedy and turned this game into another diablo immortal . Remove this pay to win garbage or else it will go down the same road as diablo .

Very sorry, I think there may be some misunderstandings about P2W. Regarding micro-transactions, we already have an adjustment plan that will be announced in the near future.

dude did you even play the game lol with normal pact spirits and 30 hours of gameplay, you can pretty much clear any mob , after spending 1k on gaucha you can only have 10% boost lol

So... I've been playing Torchlight since the first one, and have great memories with the series. I have been hoping and waiting for a Torchlight mobile, also hoping it is a quality game for gamers (not a cash grab). The beta looks promising. Graphics and what-not are obviously still in development. Decent storyline. This trading system, however, is absolute madness. I mean, can I just buy a gun already!? It worries me that this may turn into a p2w system very quickly. I, for one (and I don't think I'm alone here), would much rather pay for a premium game (at even a fairly high price) than to be nickel and dimed to death (which would actually lead to game abandonment for me). Just a suggestion... Don't shut out true gamers. If you make a solid game and we buy it, you can continue the series (Infinitely!). But if you make a shameless cash grab, you will alienate your following, lose and disappoint all of your loyal fans and your "legacy" will die here. This game will make money. It's up to you if it is done the right way.

OKAY, this game is not p2w... BUT... ... .. WHAT THIS F***ING GACHA TO FOUND SKIN ??? it's like genshin impact... you need a lot of money if you want skin (and it's random skin..) you have 3% of luck to find legendary item ( skin) in lootbox.. and you can't found a skin of heroes you never play -_-' IT'S HACK N SLASH ! Why I need to pay for custom my heroes ? TORCHLIGHT 2 die a second time
