This whole franchise always had the stealth mechanic, they used it to their advantage. In Assassins Creed Rebellion, you can use stealth for different takedowns, or for obstacles. There isn’t too much of variety, but there is. You can balance on beams to get to the other side of buildings. You an hide behind a window and bait an enemy to come. Or you can fail the action thanks to a percentage that varies your odds of success. It’s a good that I recommend.

Im just putting a random game i have up so i can speak about what "stealth games" i enjoy playing cause in all consideration, a lot of shooter games i play arent stealthy at all but the way i play the game is considered in a sense smart and stealthy. So Call of Duty, Overwatch 2, Tom Clancy, hell even battle royale games like Apex Legends and Fortnite, lets not forget Assassin's Creed, Hitman, Elden Ring and Dark Souls.

Let's embark on a journey through the history of stealth games, exploring their origins, milestones, and evolution into the immersive experiences we enjoy today. The Birth of Stealth The roots of stealth games can be traced back to the early 1980s with titles like "Castle Wolfenstein" and "Metal Gear." These games laid the foundation for the genre by introducing elements of avoiding enemies and completing objectives without direct confrontation. However, it wasn't until the late '90s that stealth truly came into its own.
