5K View2022-10-31My favourite horror game is called DOORS. It's a first person game that takes place in a hotel. The objective is to make it to room 100 without dying.
There are monters/entities that try to kill you and ones that just jump scare you. There are items you can collect to aide you like flashlights, lighters and lockpicks. DOORS is a roblox game and it's really well done.
My favorite monster in the game is Rush. It comes occasionally when you open up a new door. The lights flicker and you need to hide in a wardrobe, under a bed, inside a vent, or just get out of its path. As it rushes through, it breaks all of the lights, and when its run is over it will open the door to the next room which looks really cool. It one shots so no redemption if you get caught.
It has a counter part called Ambush which rushes up 6 times up and down the room.
My least favorite monster is Jack. He has a 1/20 chance of spawning inside a wardrobe. It doesn't do damage but it blocks you from getting inside. Which is bad when you need to hide. It's 1/2000 chance of appearing twice in one game so that makes things better.

I’ve never really been attracted to horror movies or scary games growing up. It was only when I became an adult that I started watching movies like The Conjuring, The Babadook, and Insidious and played games like Dead by Daylight or Dead Space in my free time. I always loved the exhilaration that came with being scared. Although I don’t naturally do well with the genre, there’s nothing in this world that makes me feel more alive than being terrified. Whether that’s because of a bloody murderer or a slimy chest-bursting alien, horror games have always kept my blood running. In celebration of this genre and my favorite time of the year, I’ve listed seven of my favorite horror games that’ll definitely get your adrenaline pumping.

The best horror game ever! Why? Because it has multiple endings and you get to replay a few times so you can start again with your tasks still done. This game is great for jumpscares too. The granny's voice is also pretty creepy to add a little mix of creepiness and terror while playing.

I seldom play horror games (too scared to even download them lol) and currently my favorite one is DISTRAINT. It’s a 2D pixelated horror game that really tells a good story. I would recommend it to people who love story-rich games and also enjoy some slight psychological horror.
