Gear Selection
Necklace: Requires +1 minimum channeled stacks and 3 types of Ailment damage (Ignite, Wilt, Bleed)
Ice Whirlwind requires gear that converts Physical damage into Cold damage, such as Frozen Will, Arctic Ring.
For shoes, Grace boots can be used to get Blessing.
Consider attack speed and cast speed for other gear.

Frozen will can be replaced with gloves that you craft, but you will need affixes that convert Physical damage into Cold damage. You will also need to craft it with an affix that increases Spell damage when Energy Shield is not full.
