yeah if anyone spent Soo much money and uninstalled and reinstalled the game it isn't specifically "ur fault" that they lost it but u should add a forgot password? Option then it will require the email then u send them a code then they enter the code confirming they're the real

I love this game but there's one thing that makes me hate it and that's the customer service. I used to have an account and it has been inactive for more than 1 year, and just this week I downloaded and played again. Maybe the system from there has not played for a long time when opening with the same email using Taptap so a new account when reported lost account by including id. When asked when the last login was when I opened a search friend with my name there was written 575 days ago, if today is August 22, 2023 minus 575 days = February 5, 2022 or February 7, 2022. How come I was told to think stupidly

I tried creating a character but I kept being kicked out, and some servers worked while others didn't but the fact that the developers noticed the issue with this and quickly started fixing the issue is a plus for me :) great job.
