I love this game but there's one thing that makes me hate it and that's the customer service. I used to have an account and it has been inactive for more than 1 year, and just this week I downloaded and played again. Maybe the system from there has not played for a long time when opening with the same email using Taptap so a new account when reported lost account by including id. When asked when the last login was when I opened a search friend with my name there was written 575 days ago, if today is August 22, 2023 minus 575 days = February 5, 2022 or February 7, 2022. How come I was told to think stupidly

Terrible customer support

I got lucky after only 3 days I got a Mythical Weapon on my second pull, I was really enjoying the game, but the I couldn't link my account, I went to customer support and got the middle finger, they said they would not do anything about it gotta start a new game and lose all my progress and itens. I was looking foward to continue playing, now I will have to delete the game just like they did with mu progress and itens

I lost my account and they refuse to accept that this company missed up and lost my account with over 20k trophies and all the characters level 20 and above maxed out. Poor customer support and a waste of time and a couple thousand dollars worth of money, wasted and gone. DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED
