Complaining for the costumer service center
I love this game but there's one thing that makes me hate it and that's the customer service. I used to have an account and it has been inactive for more than 1 year, and just this week I downloaded and played again. Maybe the system from there has not played for a long time when opening with the same email using Taptap so a new account when reported lost account by including id. When asked when the last login was when I opened a search friend with my name there was written 575 days ago, if today is August 22, 2023 minus 575 days = February 5, 2022 or February 7, 2022. How come I was told to think stupidly

Of course it was Bound with my Apple ID and it was still lost. You guys refuse to acknowledge that you messed up and lost my account with all my money and time that was spent on this dumb game that I use to love. The matter was resolved on there end they say it was bind to Tap Tap which is not true because I created it to get in touch with consumer support. Which is stupid to create another account to address a problem about another account. This like this should be separate. Ohh yea by the way I gave them my user ID and still tell me my account is on Tap Tap which clearly shows on Apple ID. You people need to get your priorities together because this is really messed up. I will never spend any money on a game ever again because of this.
