PLAY IT OR SKIP IT?
You need to give Melatonin a try! I’m not super enthusiastic about playing rhythm games, mainly because I have the reflexes of a turtle. But Melatonin taught me that even slowpokes like myself can still have one hell of a time smashing buttons and grooving to relaxing music.
TIME PLAYED
I played Melatonin for four hours but completed the game in two and a half. It’s worth mentioning that I finished most of the chapters much quicker later on when I enabled some of the accessibility settings. These settings gave me visual cues and a metronome to guide me through some of the game's more difficult levels.
WHAT’S AWESOME
• Gameplay. I expected Melatonin to be a pretty hardcore rhythm game, but it’s surprisingly relaxed and challenging enough where it needs to be. The game’s twenty-five levels, spread across four chapters, all entertained me and were relatively easy to get through, though sometimes it took a few tries.
• Tutorial. Melatonin’s thorough and direct tutorials before each level helped me understand the game and progress comfortably.
TapTap
• Music. I’d totally play Melatonin just for the music. The tunes are that great. Each level features a unique track that complements its particular style of gameplay, whether that be a more fast-paced experience or slightly laid-back.
• Aesthetic. Melatonin’s aesthetic design pleased me. The game takes on a pastel hue, and it looks really dope.

WHAT SUCKS
• Nothing. I’m trying to think of something I remotely sort of disliked about the game, but there’s really nothing at all. Melatonin’s a downright awesome game. End of story.

As you can see in the title, the game is only available for PC and Nintendo Switch. And the name of the service is "TapTap", not "tab tab"

Melatonin has no right to be this relaxing
Melatonin (Reviewed) Developer: Half Asleep Publisher: Half Asleep Released: Dec 15th, 2022 Price: $15 USD Melatonin is a cozy and relaxing rhythm game about dreams and reality merging together. Using really catchy songs and colorful animations cues similarly to how the game Rhythm Heaven Fever does it. It's a rather short game, but it packs a lot of punch in the many options available for you. The gameplay can be tailored to your skill level

Fall asleep in this minimalistic rhythm game | Melatonin - Review
Melatonin is a minimalistic rhythm game about sleeping and dreams. Where different aspects of our lives such as Tech, Food, Shopping, Money, Dating, Exercise and many others are beautifully represented into twenty different dreamy levels with their own distinct sequences, mechanics; complete with their own song and melody to harmonize with. Melatonin is not your typical rhythm game. There are no UI elements and button prompts. There are no overly complex gestures or an overwhelming number of buttons used. Instead, it uses clever visual and matching audio cues to assist the player in correctly pressing the needed button, sometimes it's just a single button, sometimes, just two directions.

Melatonin - another rhythm game - gameplay explainer
It's truly a different rhythm game that is not good at music but at style and graphics, it's weird but still worth a try. Hope there are more songs rather than electronic songs.
