Brothers A Tale Of Two Sons is story driven game that will take you on an emotional roller coaster. The brothers venture out looking for medicine to save their sick dad. The game has you control both brothers at the same time. I play the steam version and the controls were a bit tough to get used to. You had to use the keyboard to control both brothers and navigate any menus. The mouse wasn't used at all. You use the W S D and spacebar for the older brother and then the up down left right arrows and the right ctrl button for the little brother. The puzzles have you utilize both brothers which takes some time to get used to.
The actual gameplay is movie like and feels so close to the cut scenes. It's a beautiful looking game and that's because the world is so detailed. You really feel like you are in the game experiencing the adventure along with the boys. The puzzles are simple but tend to be recycled a lot. Discovering new environments and just seeing the scenery is what makes the game so much fun. My favorite part is when you meet a giant troll, and they help you gain access to hard-to-reach areas. Despite no text or voices, you can still understand the story and what is happening in the scenes
The two brothers have completely different interactions with things making is so much fun to see their different reactions. The older brother tends to have a more brave and mature approach. While the little brother is more juvenile with his interactions with the environment and people. They clearly have very different personalities, and the game does a great job at capturing that. Overall, I highly recommend you try this game. It's hands down a must play you wont regret.
