I know there are already games based on this franchise, but we need a proper PROPER Tron game, definitely based sometime after Tron: Uprising. Imagine having an open world with diverse character customization allowing you to edit every detail about your program from their looks to their job, their speciality and allegiance and have an immersive story that lets you join or fight against the uprising started by Beck and Tron with a diverse range of missions from destroying the Occupations supply routes to capturing rogue programs, you get the point.

A welcome addition to the TRON franchise | First Impressions - Tron: Identity
Tron: Identity takes us back to the Tron Universe, in a never before seen world, or server as it might be called – in a puzzle adventure game format where the player’s decisions matter. The players control the detective program Query, tasked to investigate a mysterious event, finding out the whos, whys, and whats. Immediately from the start, I was hooked by the amazing storytelling and beautiful 2D visual novel art-style with 3D parallax and neon effects. There is no voice acting, and the game is purely read by the player — which is even more impressive that I got compelled by that much.

A dull detective visual novel set in the Tron universe - Tron Identity Quick Review
PLAY IT OR SKIP IT Skip it unless you’re a diehard Tron fan. People with limited Tron knowledge should be able to follow the plot of Tron: Identity, but this visual novel doesn’t have much to offer outside of expanded lore and worldbuilding. There’s some light gameplay, but it’s a basic matching puzzle game that isn’t particularly exciting. It’s a competently made game, but it doesn’t hold a candle to
