Astarotte the Dancing Demon

Moveset:
<Basic Attacks>
Neutral Attack:
Astarotte performs a basic 1-2-3 neutral attack. She performs 2 horizontal slashes, dealing 3% each. The final neutral attack she will throw a single chakram a short distance, dealing 5%.
Down Tilt (Down Attack):
Astarotte performs a quick sweep attack that knocks the opponent upward for combo potential. The attack deals 8% of damage.
Up Tilt (Up Attack):
Astarotte throws a Chakram upward, letting it rotate mid-air as a multi-hit attack. The attack deals 14% of damage total. (6 hits. 1-5 hits deal 2%, the 6th hit dealing 4%. This move can KO at high KO Score. This move can also hit slightly in front and behind Astarotte.
Dash Attack:
Astarotte performs a cartwheel similar to Chilli's dash attack though it is a single hit. A clean hit deals 10% total damage. A late hit deals 6% of damage.
Forward Smash:
Astarotte spins in a helicopter motion, and moving forward slightly. The move hits twice, the first hit dealing 6% and staggering the opponent. The second hit dealing 10%. The second hit has moderately high horizontal knockback and hardly any vertical knockback.
Neutral Aerial:
Astarotte twirls in the air similar to her Forward Smash. A clean hit will do 10% and low knockback for combo potential. A late hit will do 5% which could lead to a grab at low KO Score.
Up Aerial:
Astarotte performs a flip kick similar to Sivi's but with more range. The move will do 9% for a clean hit. A late hit will do 6%. The knockback will send the opponent upward.
Forward Aerial:
Astarotte swings her chakram downward similar to Chilli's foward aerial, however there is no spike hitbox. The move does 10% of damage. The knockback will send the opponent at a 45 degree angle and can KO at high KO Score.
Back Aerial:
Astarotte spins once, swinging behind her with one Chakram. The move will have high knockback, being her most reliable kill aerial and dealing 14% of damage.
Down Aerial:
Astarotte throws both Chakram down. A clean hit does 11% and sends the opponent downward. A late hit will deal 6% of damage and send the opponent slightly away from the direction Astarotte is facing.

<Specials>
Passive (Meter):
[In rhythm]
After each perfect block, meter is filled by 50%. When the meter is at 100%, the next special move used has a special property attached to it. Using a special move will use 100% of the meter.
Neutral Special:
[Chakram Fling]
Throw one Chakram forward in a straight line. The move has low knockback and deals 4% of damage or less. In addition, pressing the Neutral Special button again will allow Astarotte to throw her second Chakram forward in a straight line. The second Chakram will deal an additional 4% damage or less with low knockback. There will be additional end lag for the second Chakram thrown.
Meter Special Property:
After getting hit by Neutral special, opponent takes damage over time for 8% total.
Ultimate Special:
[Be my Valentine!]
A large heart surrounds Astarotte and explodes. The move has low to moderate knockback. The move does 30% of damage and all opponents hit are inflicted with charm for 15 seconds. An opponent inflicted by charm deals slightly less damage to Astarotte. The status does not stack or reset. However, this will override the Charm status done by the [Fall in Love] and [Graceful Step] colorful stickers.
Meter Special Property:
The move does 15% more damage and has much higher knockback.
Side Special:
[Sinister Flip]
Astarotte flips towards the opponent similar to "Monkey Flip" from Smash Bros. Hitting the opponent will cause Astarotte to grab onto the opponent, dealing 2%. Forward or backward can be inputted to throw the opponent in desired direction. The throw will deal 8% or less and have low knockback for combo potential.
Meter Special Property:
The move becomes unblockable and deals 14% of damage and have high knockback. Missing the move will still use 100% of the meter.
Down Special:
[You're out of step!]
Counter an opponent's attack by bonking them on head with a Chakram and applying rooting effect to the opponent. Counter damage applied.
Meter Special Property:
Using Down Special will cause Astarotte's attacks to have higher knockback for a 10 seconds.
Up Special:
[Disappearing Act]
Astarotte will disappear and travel in the direction desired before reappearing, similar to Magician but at a slightly shorter distance. Enemies that are near to Astarotte when Up Special is inputted will teleport along with Astarotte. Upon reappearing, the opponent will be knocked away upward, dealing 10% with low knockback for combo potential. If Astarotte hits an opponent with this, she is not sent into free fall.
Meter Special Property:
Opponent is sent downward, dealing 14% damage and high knockback.

<Grabs>
Forward Throw:
Astarotte tosses the opponent slightly at a 45 degree angle and then barrages them with magical hearts. The inital grab does 3%. Each heart that hits deals 1% each. The throw has moderate knockback.
Back Throw:
Astarotte hip tosses the opponent slightly, the hits them with a magical heart. The initial grab does 3%. The heart does 7%. The throw has moderate knockback.

<Colorful Stickers>

Throw one Chakram forward in a straight line. The move will have a slightly shorter distance from the original move, but the Chakram will fly back towards Astarotte. The first hit will stagger an opponent, dealing 3% of damage. The second hit (as the Chakram travels back towards Astarotte) will deal 5% of damage and have a set knockback that tosses the opponent towards Astarotte. Astarotte can only throw 1 Chakram with this colorful sticker.
[Feelin' the flow!]
Down Special loses the counter property. Using Down Special now becomes a buff. After performing a short dance, Astarotte will have increased movement speed for a short time. Dodging attacks will increase your meter by 100%.
[Fall in Love]
Hitting an opponent with a magical heart inflicts Charm status onto the opponent for 6 seconds. An opponent inflicted by charm deals slightly less damage to Astarotte. The status does not stack or reset.
[Graceful Step]
Perfect Blocking inflicts the Charm status onto the opponent for 6 seconds. An opponent inflicted by charm deals slightly less damage to Astarotte. The status does not stack or reset.
