EA Cancelled Battlefield Mobile ahead of its Release!

Despite not even being officially released in any capacity outside of a few tightly closed beta test phases, the mobile port of popular FPS series Battlefield, appropriately titled Battlefield Mobile, has been cancelled. EA announced this alongside the closure of the less-than-a-year-old Apex Mobile, so it seems like they’re rotating away from the mobile platform to focus on other things. Regardless, it’s a bit of a bummer we didn’t even get to try this one out ourselves before it got canned.

Ha ha ha ha, goodbye u P.O.S I couldn't be happier that Battlefield Mobile is officially dead. It was a slap in the face to Battlefield fans like myself as it did not provide anything whatsoever like the Battlefield experience. Sadly Apex Legends mobile will be no more as of 1st May. Same day that COD Warzone Mobile launches so go figure. Now I played the hell out of Apex Legends mobile during it's lengthy beta. Loved it. But after launch the player counts dropped off and I found myself in bot filled servers. So I dropped it and played other stuff.

Scalebound (PlatinumGames) - An action role-playing game that was announced in 2014 and was supposed to be released in 2017. The game was delayed several times and was eventually canceled in 2017. Silent Hills (Konami) - A horror game that was announced in 2014 and was supposed to be released in 2015. The game was canceled in 2015 after Konami fired Hideo Kojima, the game's director.
