A first-person shooter game that was announced in 2021 and was supposed to be released in 2022. The game was canceled in 2023. Battlefield Mobile was a highly anticipated mobile game that was supposed to bring the popular Battlefield franchise to mobile devices. The game was being developed by Industrial Toys, a studio that was founded by Alex Seropian, one of the co-founders of Bungie.
Battlefield Mobile was supposed to be a free-to-play game that would have featured large-scale battles with up to 128 players. The game was also supposed to have a variety of maps and modes, including the classic Conquest mode.
However, Battlefield Mobile was canceled in 2023, just a few months before it was supposed to be released. Electronic Arts did not give a reason for the cancellation, but it is likely that the game was not meeting the company's expectations.
The cancellation of Battlefield Mobile was a disappointment to many fans of the Battlefield franchise.
However, there are still a number of other great mobile games available, including Call of Duty: Mobile and PUBG Mobile.

Battlefield Mobile gets cancelled ahead of the planned release this year. The game will come back with improvements and more budget for game.

I couldn't be happier that Battlefield Mobile is officially dead.
It was a slap in the face to Battlefield fans like myself as it did not provide anything whatsoever like the Battlefield experience.
Sadly Apex Legends mobile will be no more as of 1st May. Same day that COD Warzone Mobile launches so go figure. Now I played the hell out of Apex Legends mobile during it's lengthy beta. Loved it. But after launch the player counts dropped off and I found myself in bot filled servers. So I dropped it and played other stuff.

Why is Apex Legends Mobile shutting down?
Earlier this week, EA announced its plans to shut down both Apex Legends Mobile and Battlefield Mobile. For most players, this comes as a shock, especially after Apex Legends Mobile launched less than a year ago on May 17, 2022.
EA stated that it was forced to shut down Apex Legends Mobile due to “factors beyond [its] control” that have prevented the company from maintaining the high-quality experience and content its players deserve. Players can still play the game now, but it will officially go offline on May 1, 2023, at 4 PM PDT.

I love what you say about battlefield... but so funny that you say "there are still other great games available...like COD mobile" like that terrible version of COD (or any version of COD) could ever satisfy a battlefield fan 🤣 lol. Great article 👍
