Metroidvanias are one of our favorite genres here at TapTap HQ. We play all of them, from gorgeous games like Hollow Knight and Afterimage to pixel-art masterpieces like Momodora: Moonlit Farewell to just plain weird stuff like Doomblade. Despite checking out everything the genre has to offer, though, we've never seen a game quite like this one. The trailer above is for Ultros, a self-described "psychedelic Metroidvania" on its way from Swedish developer Hadoque. The game sees players crash-land on the Sarcophagus, which is described as, uh, "a giant, space-drifting, cosmic uterus holding an ancient demonic being." Huh. Yeah, that's pretty weird!

Afterimage is a great port of a beautiful "Metroidvania" action platformer where we explore a vibrant colorful world, fight all sorts of bizarre enemies, collect loot, and improve our skills to face even harder challenges. This guide will explain how to farm efficiently with Lightbringer (LB) class once you reach the end game. 1. Cast Delay Reduction Cast delay (not skill CD) is very important for LB farm efficiency. With offline farming, you can have maximum benefit from low cast delay. Sources of cast delay reduction, from highest to lowest: Prontera Royal/Comodo map buff (25%, or 35% with cat buff) Tips: You can reroll the cat bonus by logging out of the game or changing channel (you can get MS or Cast Delay reduction from this).

I never tired of exploring the Roguelike genre, especially given the unique mechanics they offer, as seen in this game. It features a sailor theme with a crew of four, each with their own distinct role.
