lost 5 games out of 6, got 2 svp and 1 mvp with Aleta ( but im a max level shell player with only mid level Aleta, so it just felt like first severely bullying someone, then ony offered him a tiny favor just to show some "comforts", how disgusting and ridicule it is!!!)
I understand you guys are very busy recently on some new projects such as 5v5, new map and new abilities development which are very exciting, but the matchmaking issue still needs to be fixed asap, cuz its the core of whole gaming experience, and its easy to see more ppl will consider leaving this game if this issue stays unchanged.
i will quit for a few weeks or months, and i hope this game will get a lot better when i come back,.

I've quit the game as well a few months ago. The game is unbearable to play right now. I had to quit before I lost my sanity.

Author likedthe old match making was better tbh based on trophy and character lvl , it was reasonable , now i recently got gatlyne and my first match with her got wrecked ,why? bc my team bots as always and the enemy team lvl 10 character obv while mine lvl 1 , so unfair tbh
